Ponte Vecchio - Appartamento Oltrarno Ruby

A beautiful apartment only a two minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Ideal for our family of 4

Pro: Incredible location. Quality accommodation - spacious, clean, quiet and classically Italian. We loved our time here. Walking distance to everything and amazing Trattorias, cafes, bars and supermarkets close by.

Pro: Location, spotless clean apartment.2 minutes to ponte Vechhio. Old florentine charm maintained. Secure property

Pro: It is an excellent apartment, location cannot be better and the host are very nice and helpful

Staying at the Ponte Vecchio apartment truly transferred us back in time!

Pro: The apartment had a totally historic feel. Totally felt “Firenze”! Attractive and comfortable. Super clean. Loved the windows. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The 25 steps to come up and down became 2nd nature to us. And we are well into being senior citizens. Would highly recommend the Ponte Vecchio apartment.

Contro: The apartment itself was perfect. The construction going on in the very near vicinity began each morning at 7:00. There was little sleep after that. It was continuous.

Pro: As I already have been to Florence many times and stayed in the Altrano or the other side of the Ponte Vecchio many times this location was the best ever. What a gorgeous apartment, my buddy, and I felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the living room with the glass of wine in the evening discussing our upcoming sports event

Contro: Nothing the apartment is perfect. Nice little kitchen to make coffee in the morning and make snacks for cocktail hour. I found it very convenient to have the washing machine and ironed and drying rack as I dislike going to laundromat during my vacations, I could do my laundry right on site and it was dry overnight

Pro: Location was great - central to everything. The facilities were really secure and clean. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Loved having a washer on site for the hot Florence days + really cold AC.

Contro: The beds were really uncomfortable - super firm and there wasn't a comforter already on the bed when we got there. We slept with just a flat sheet the first night, but found a comforter in the other room for the rest of the nights. Also, my 6'3\

Pro: We connected via WhatsApp and communicated when to collect keys etc... very smooth

Contro: Probably should have taken more time explaining how everything works to include TV, AC ..... once I asked questions the team responded quickly to resolve any issues. Apartment was well stocked with everything needed and land lady open to suggestions for future rentals.
