Pro: Pulita, accogliente, in una posizione eccezionale! A 5 minuti a piedi dalle principali piazze, a 2 minuti a piedi da palazzo Pitti, davvero ottima collocazione!

Appartamento spazioso in ottima posizione
Pro: Appartamento carino e spazioso, munito di aria condizionata, in posizione ottima per visitare la città. A due passi dal Ponte vecchio e in poco tempo a piedi (10/15min) sono raggiungibili tutte le attrazioni, come anche la stazione. Paolo molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Non possiamo che consigliare questo appartamento. Da sapere, come indicato, che nel palazzo non c’è l’ascensore.

Comodo e in posizione perfetta
Pro: La posizione è perfetta e comoda per girare la città tranquillamente a piedi. L'appuntamento è comodo, gli spazi sono ampi. Sotto casa numerosi locali per cena o aperitivo. Molto gentile il signore che ci ha consegnato le chiavi.
Contro: Volendo proprio cercare qualche difetto direi che i cuscini si possono migliorare. Le scale per accedere all'appartamento sono strette e ripide come tipico dei palazzi antichi.

Pro: Ottima posizione, centralissimo e vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali. Facile comunicazione con il responsabile e grande disponibilità
Contro: Pavimento del piano superiore e letto un poco rumorosi: difficile spostarsi senza svegliare gli altri ospiti. Ma è un problema risolvibile solo fino ad un certo punto, e certo non va ad inficiare il piacere del soggiorno

Very nice apartment in the heart of Florence - Great stay!
Pro: Excellent location, literally in the heart of everything! 5-10 minutes walking distance from all major sight-seeing, and a great neighborhood for tourists (filled with stores, restaurants, things to do and walk). Always crowded, so feels safe at night. What was unexpected, was that despite the above, the apartment was quiet at night, so no problem sleeping! The apartment is very nice, what you see in the photos is what you get (loved the beautiful wooden roof), spacious and has all amenities. Paolo is a Great host! Overall great stay, would re-visit in a heartbeat!
Contro: Given the mosquito problem (even in October!) it should really have screens in the windows. The fact that it doesn't, seems to me an oversight that contradicts the overall well-thought condition of the apartment. There is some slight mold in the bathroom's ceiling (there is no window, just a (noisy) exhaust fan that really can't keep up with the moisture) that needs to be addressed. No problem for us, but could trigger allergies to other people. Keep in mind that the only way up is through stairs with steep, narrow steps (typical in old European buildings), so you need to be fit to carry your heavy luggage up! :-)

Perfect location and functional accommodation
Pro: The location is excellent! Just off Ponte Vecchio, but on the quieter side of the the river.
Contro: There are two very steep sets of steps. Carrying very heavy suitcases up was a workout. For the rest of the time we earned our gelatto! A city tax and a linen tax had to be paid in cash on arrival. This was not very obviously stated and the booking receipt was confusing.

Excellent!
Pro: The location of the apartment was excellent. Very close to the Ponte Vechio and all the stores. Also, the host Mr. Paolo was very friendly, good and helpful for the info we needed to know. The apartment was clean, sunny and quiet. Also, it had hot water anytime. This was an apartment I would totally recommend.
Contro: We loved this apartment! Nothing bad!

Overall we had a great stay and would return without hesitation.
Pro: The apartment has a superb location and is very quiet. It was very easy to communicate with Paolo ahead of arrival and during our stay, and his tips on local sights, restaurants and amenities were very helpful.
Contro: The shower while adequate is not the best and the apartment would benefit from a bit more wall lighting, it is a little gloomy especially for reading in the evenings.
