Great place to stay in centre of Florence

Pro: Great central location, right next to Duomo and 5 minutes walk from the station. Good facilities and very clean

Location Amazing!

Pro: Location amazing! Check in and instructions were really clear, helpful and well done! Lots of space and very comfortable.

Contro: More towel rail/hooks for bathrooms.

Great location - nice apartment

Pro: The location is amazing - absolutely so. Communications from the hosts was also great - fast, responsive and friendly. The apartment is spacious in general (the kitchen area is small though if you're looking to cook for yourself). Great aircon too.

Contro: Nothing in our case.

Pro: The location to the Duomo was fantastic. We loved hearing the bells.

Contro: Quite a few stairs to access the property. But it wasn't too hard.

Excellent central location

Pro: Location was the best thing about this apartment - right outside the Duomo and only up to 10-15mins walk from all the main sights of Florence. Access was easy with key code on main door and then a lock box for the apartment key. Nice communal area to chill with friends in the lounge (we were four sharing the three bed). Apartment was clean throughout and good comms with the owners with extra helpful info about the area etc

Contro: We were travelling from the UK so bought usual two pin euro plug adaptors however all the plugs in the bedrooms were narrow three pins. Two pin only fitted in the kitchen and a plug in the hall to leave phone charging on the floor. It would be helpful if adaptors had been provided in the apartment (or more plug sockets with two pins in convenient locations to charge phones)

Pro: The location could not have been any more convenient - you are practically in the middle of the Duomo! The apartment is furnished stylishly and at the same time keeping in touch with the history of this place! The staff who we never actually met in person was amazing at helping us with all of our requests and seemed to have thought about everything! Great experience overall so thanks Francesca and Adelaide!

Pro: The location was perfect. The Duomo was on our front doorstep. This made walking and sightseeing so easy. The atmosphere was great!

Contro: There was nothing to complain about, it is a very well kept heritage building. The only downside was no lift but this seems to be standard in villas

Fabulous would stay again

Pro: Location was exceptional. The apartment was massive and very comfortable. Any issues were fixed super fast and great communication.

We would stay again!

Pro: Space to move - perfect location. Easy communication with the staff. Stairs acceptable. Security good. Clothes washing on 1st floor

Contro: Mattress in single room was not good. Clothes washing was very slow & dryer did not dry
