Pro: The appartment was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent; we walked everywhere. Sylvia was a very pleasant and welcoming host. She greeted us personally, showed us around, and recommended lots of wonderful places to visit. And the view from the window just broke my heart💔

Pro: Pretty much everything. Silvia - the host lady, was a very nice person. Helped with almost all our questions and gave great directions. Just next to Boboli Gardens, 10 minutes walk to the Old Bridge, close to Carrefour market, and other amenities etc. The home is very stylish and beautiful, at safe and great location, equipped with pretty much everything, including the necessary kitchen utensils and the washing machine (except for a microwave, but we did not care much).

Contro: The bedroom window opens to a busy street, so it gets noisy (even at night) because of motorcycles + mosquitos. But with an air conditioner, which Silvia installed while we stood there, and the shut windows the problem was resolved and we were very grateful to Silvia! Otherwise, no other issues at all.

Pro: A comfortable family apartment within a stiff walking distance to historic center of Florence, but served by frequent and easy bus transport. Well equipped kitchen. Note that there are a few flight of stairs. Traffic noises at night means keeping the bedroom windows closed. A very comfortable stay with a good host a short telephone call away.

Great House with a Great Host!

Pro: The house was wonderful and Silvia is a great house. Location is great to walk every monument in the city.

Pro: Beautiful located apartments almost next to the Baboli Gardens. Clean, well equipped, with interesting antique furniture and everything you need for a great stay. Coffee machine, tea, water, gift battle of wine - all help to start enjoying your vacation from the beginning of your stay in the apartments. Silvia was very pleasant and always willing to help.

Contro: A small note. There was a washing machine and dishwasher at the apartments but no detergent.

Overall a very good stay, thanks to Siliva for the hospitality.

Pro: Silvia was a very good host. Our arrival time was moved back and forth a bit during the day and Silvia was accommodating and helpful despite having to wait long for us. She was always very responsive and helpful. The location of the property is very good - just outside the main tourist cluster but close enough that the centre is easily reachable by foot and public transport. I worked outside the centre and it was even better because of that. Overall the flat is well-enough equipped and has the feel of a lived-in space which makes for a comfortable stay and a relatable space in contrast to a hotel room. There is a nearby supermarket and also many restaurants if that is what you prefer.

Contro: The bedroom is on the side turned towards the road so there is a bit of road noise, noticeable in the morning. The flat is also up a few stairs without a lift - that was not an issue for us but be prepared if you are lugging big suitcases.

The property added to a wonderful visit to Florence. Would stay here again if we had an opportunity
