Pro: L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e si trova in un'ottima posizione e soprattutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo dato i costi di affitto degli appartamenti in zone centrali come questa.

Contro: A mio parere ci siamo trovati molto bene per la nostra necessità di soggiornare dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio a Firenze centro per le festività di capodanno; non mi sento di aggiungere nessun parere negativo a riguardo.

Perfect if you want a place with space in a great location.

Pro: Our group of 4 stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect. The place felt huge - it could easily accommodate a large family or group of 6-8 people. The bedrooms all had large double beds and one room also had an additional large single bed. The kitchen had a small 6-seater dining table but there was a large lounge room with couch, chairs and an additional table, so there was plenty of room. There were also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate large balconies (one overlooking the street and the other overlooking a large internal courtyard. The check in process was simple, and the area felt safe. There is a supermarket very close and plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. On Saturday there was a market in our street. Brilliant location, brilliant apartment - highly recommend.

Wonderful place!

Pro: It's a fantastic place and location! 1km from the Duomo and there are restaurants and supermarkets a few steps away. The rooms are the best. It was the best place we have ever been on our Italy trip. The rooms are huge and clean and the kitchen has everything we need. The living room is great for watching TV and having some drinks. The balconies are my favorite. Really European. Facing a wonderful garden and having mosquito nets. Highly recommended.

Contro: Nothing really.

Contro: With 6 of us staying we ran out of toilet paper. Would have been good to have oil, salt & pepper for cooking etc.

Pro: The location is excellent--5 mins walk from the tram stop to the airport, 15-20 minutes from all the major tourist sites and yet away from the hustle and bustle. A short 5 minutes walk to the Arno.

Pro: The apartment is very spacious and full of light! The kitchen is well equipped, it only lacks wine glasses. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are great! The location is very good.

Contro: Cleaning!!! They should definitely change the cleaning company. The floors were terribly dirty. Full of dust and peaces of dirt. I would definitely return to this apartment if they manage to do a proper cleaning of the floors, because everything else was great.

Pro: The info sent to help us find and access the property was great. Good location, with many sites within walking distance as was the train/tram station. There were grocery shops, places to eat, luggage storage, and a Saturday market all on the same street or just around the corner. The apartment was well appointed and great for a family to use. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, several places to sit and eat in the sun were all great. The welcome bag with info on how to deal with rubbish and extra soaps and a map was good. We watched thousands of starlings murmurate every evening from the street side balcony. Staff were friendly and the phone call to open the doors was a useful backup when one of our keys didn't work. The elevator was very handy too. We didn't use them but each room had AC in.

Contro: Previous tenants had caused some damage to furniture/facilities which wasn't fixed when our stay started but the staff member who came to fix it was really helpful and had the problem sorted quickly. The apartment managers had changed the entry lock so we were without a key to the building entry but there was a phone number to call that let us in which was a handy back up. We didn't discover the foyer cabinet had more plates and glasses before the end of our stay - a little welcome guide of where to locate things in the apartment would have been handy for that.

location très confortable et dans l’ensemble bien équipée. Ttes bien située pour tout faire à pieds. Proche de la gare.

Pro: L’emplacement , la taille de l’appartement , chambres spacieuses.

Contro: Manque de couverts ( fourchettes et petites cuillères ), rue un peu bruyante tôt le matin et la mitoyenneté ( hôtel ) assez bruyant ….
