The best place we have ever stayed. Just perfect!

Pro: One of the best if Not the best apartment we ever stayed in our trips. Our host was very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. He was there to greet us, explain everything about the apartment and give us all helpful information about the trip. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Five minutes walk from the bus station. Close to the apartment is the river with tons of places to visit. There is a parking possibility nearby. Just loved everything about it. We would love to stay there once we visit Florence again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Peaceful, extremely comfortable

Pro: This place stood out because the bed and the couch were extremely comfortable, something that many short-term rentals do not prioritize. Communication was easy, and the host was very proactive about reaching out throughout my day to make sure all of my needs were met. Also, the washing machine for clothes was easy to use, which is not always the case!

Contro: It was perfect. Probably a little far from city center for people who want to do touristic things, but it met my needs perfectly.

Pro: Great accommodation is beautiful; the host met us on arrival and walk us through all our needs. Also assisted with areas to park the car. A little out of town but easily accessible by Bus right to the Duomo.

Pro: Pure perfection. We have been travelling a lot and this is the best place we have stayed so far. Wonderful, helping host who give us all tips to make our visit in Florence even more beautiful. Apartment is very clean, well equipped (you can even cook there!) the bed is wonderful, romantic balcony. Can't wait to come back here. Oh, and this is exactly how it looks on photos - very rare for booking. Thank you Pierpaolo

Amazingly relaxing

Pro: So clean, so comfortable and quiet. Away from the rat race of Italy which makes the whole experience calm and relaxing. Out of every place I have stayed in Europe the host had to be the most kindest and most hospitable. They even put on free beer which is a nice touch. I would come back here for sure!

Calm and charming stay with everything you need

Pro: The host was very kind and cheerful. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s easy to get there by bus or train.

Nice apartment in Florence suburbs

We appreciate your effort and kindness during our stay. Our intention is simply to provide an honest impression of the accommodation for future guests. In the past, we were often misled by overly positive reviews during our travels in Italy, and we believe that transparency benefits both hosts and travelers.

Contro: The accommodation is located in a building where the other residents live in a separate apartment, right next to the rental. Because of that, there is less privacy, especially on the balcony, as the garden below is actively maintained and can get a bit noisy. Parking is not provided. It is possible to park nearby at your own risk, but there are signs indicating that parking is restricted to residents. A paid garage is available close by. Public transportation is not available in the immediate area, as the streets are narrow and traffic can be hectic. The TV is quite small, and the small sofa is positioned close to it, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Value for money 8.

Pro: My sister and I had such an amazing stay! Pierpaolo was super helpful and friendly, offering tons of great tips and suggestions that made our trip even better. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed — everything was so well thought out. Highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again!
