Pro: Posizione ottima, a 3 minuti da Ponte Vecchio, casa pulita, profumata, funzionale e caratteristica. Vecchio stabile del '300 che mantiene un po' di quella magiaL'host è stato perfetto, nell'accoglienza, la gentilezza e i consigli perfetti anche in ambito culinario. Lo prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione dovessimo tornare a Firenze
Contro: Qualche problema di umidità e di luce notturna/mattutina. Situato al piano terra patisce un po' i rumori derivanti dall'ingresso del palazzo. Va detto però che l'host ne è perfettamente consapevole e infatti fornisce mascherine per la notte, tappi per le orecchie e deumidificatore. Tutto sommato i difetti sono del tutto trascurabili

Un gioiello nel cuore di Firenze
Pro: Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Il proprietario è stato semplicemente fantastico: cordiale, gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. I suoi consigli sui ristoranti e sui luoghi da visitare a Firenze sono stati preziosi e hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. L’appartamento è meraviglioso, situato in pieno centro storico in un palazzo di 700 anni, un vero gioiello che ti permette di vivere appieno l’atmosfera fiorentina. La casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Una posizione perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato!

A 2 passi da Ponte Vecchio
Pro: Accoglienza super da parte dell’host Paolo che ci ha trasmesso grande amore per la propria città. Apprezzatissima la mappa con indicati itinerari consigliati e bar/ristoranti suggeriti. La posizione è invidiabile, a 2 passi da Ponte Vecchio. Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto.
Contro: Purtroppo la stanza non è per nulla insonorizzata. Ciò è dovuto alla storicità del palazzo, la quale probabilmente non permette di adoperarsi a pieno per risolvere, ma dormire tutta la notte filata può rivelarsi un problema.

Pro: La posizione davvero ottima, a due passi a ponte vecchio, così da potersi muovere a piedi comodamente per tutta Firenze. Paolo super accogliente, ci ha fornito una mappa di Firenze da lui personalizzata con i luoghi dove poter mangiare a colazione, pranzo e cena e dove poter bere un drink dopo cena ed è stato super disponibile! La casa, nei giorni più caldi di Luglio era super fresca e confortevole. La consiglio senza dubbi!!

Great location, clean, well organised and very friendly host
Pro: Very clean. Iconic building, 900 years old and a former convent. Everything you needed whether self catering or not. Great location with a good ( but expensive secure garage close by. Paulo was great and provided good recommendations
Contro: A little noisy when residents come and go but it didn’t spoil anything.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and full of character. It was in a fantastic location right near the Ponte Vecchio. There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to walk into other areas of the town. Paulo provided many little comfort items for the stay which was very thoughtful.
Contro: There is a lot of light in the bedroom but Paolo thoughtfully provides sleep masks. In addition there is an elevator outside the bedroom window which woke us on the first morning but then we got used to it.

Pro: Paolo was a wonderful host and his hospitality was excellent. The apartment was just what we needed in an brilliant location and within walking distance of all attractions.
Contro: The apartment could benefit from air con or the dehumidifier being placed in the bedroom. The apartment gets very warm and can be a little uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep.

A tranquil bit of luxury in the heart of a busy city.
Pro: The apartment was excellent and we had a wonderful time. Paolo was polite and thoughtful. Really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect , almost on thePonto Vecchio.
Contro: I have a problem with being charged a cleaning fee. Set a reasonable price and that’s that. We always ensure that we leave a property how we found it. I know some don’t but why should others have to pay the price?
