Ottimo Firenze e bellissima

Pro: Siamo stati 2 giorni la casa l abbiamo usufruita solo per dormire comoda al centro in zona tranquilla

Contro: La sconsiglio ad un anziano o chi a problemi a fare le scale.

Attentive hosts, spacious and clean , bathroom needs work

Pro: The host Sofia was very attentive and helpful as I was a little worried about the code situation - especially in the dark- spacious, very central , quite comfy , bottle of wine on arrival

Contro: Bathroom too small - shower very basic but manageable, very hot when we arrived but this was sorted , beds were fine although mattress a little soft , worried about power cuts so no use of oven

A perfect, convenient, lovely place for a family trip.

Pro: The facilities inside the room are complete and with good condition. The location is fine, a relatively quiet place inside the local residential area. They provide a bottle of wine for a surprise !!

Pro: Location to the markets, restaurants and duomo was fantastic

Contro: No air conditioning in the living area and no fly screens on the windows meant mosquitoes. Also the single bed in the second bedroom had some broken slats on the bed base and it was a little uncomfortable. But overall our stay was good.

Pro: The apartment has everything needed, it's in a fantastic location, close to everything. The host is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend it.

Pro: Felt like the accommodation was spacious and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay for a Trip to Florence

Pro: The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean—it accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. It had all the necessary amenities, starting from a microwave, dishes, proper fridge, bedding and towels, and many more. The location of the property made it very easy for us to navigate and explore Florence since it was close to everything on foot. It was a bonus that it had access to a market, cafes and restaurant not even 5 minutes from the apartment. We liked the neighborhood a lot, Wifi worked well and the staff was very nice and easy to communicate with + we loved the wine gift :)

Contro: Everything was mostly great, just maybe the bathroom could have been a bit more renovated (kind of old compared to the rest of the apartment) and extra slipers for guests in the apartment could be offered, since there are just tiles and no carpet

I would highly recommend - authentic local feel yet great tourist connecivity / location.

Pro: Perfect self-catered flat; quiet but well located with wonderful local shops, restaurants and 'local Italian' square within 50m walk (and beyond). Public transport options nearby were easy to access, could easily plan over Wifi. Accommodation - everything managed over email / online platform and WhatsApp worked nicely, host very responsive. Air con in bedrooms, fan in kitchen / social area was necessary given temperatures 30 - 40C.

Contro: A couple of minor, niggling faults in the bathroom - door handle broke and shower door coming off rails; host offered to repair while we were there but we chose not to have that completed while we were there. Kitchen well-appointed but missing a few obvious utensils - wooden spoon, serving spoon, slotted spoon. Ran out of toilet roll by the last day.

A very specious and tastefully decorated apartment

Pro: A very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in the heart of Florence. The moment we entered it, we felt that it set the tone for the entirety of our stay in this charming city. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with all small supplies you would not typically find elsewhere. We could enjoy a family meal whenever we wanted to spend a quiet evening. The welcome bottle of wine was a special touch and such a pleasant surprise. We would definitely return!

Contro: The bathroom is somewhat dated and a tad small, but it was very clean and everything functioned well.

Roomy, safe, met our needs.

Pro: The apartment was adequate, the bed linen and towels provided were very good. The welcoming bottle of red wine was a really nice touch. If it was a hotel I would rate it a 3 star, not luxurious by any means but it met our expectations. More than big enough for 4 adults.

Contro: The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and whilst that was advertised, the living area got very warm, so air conditioning throughout would be a nice addition. Bathroom is on the small side and is tired, perhaps needs a revamp at some time soon.
