Pro: La casa è molto particolare, molto bella direi anche. La posizione è ottima, le vie sotto sono piene di locali, ristoranti, pub ecc quindi se volete vivere nella movida fiorentina per qualche giorno, questa casa è fantastica. Voglio precisare che a prescindere dalla posizione, dentro casa non si sentono i rumori. Probabilmente si affaccia in modo tale che non si sente il rumore derivante dalla strada. Esperienza piacevole, bravissimo il ragazzo che ci ha accolti (Raoul).

Contro: Le padelle vanno sostituite, quelle presenti sembrano fatte di cartone. Abbiamo affittato in 5 ed era impossibile anche semplicemente scaldare dei pancakes per la colazione. Purtroppo il pavimento era alquanto impolverato, così come le testiere dei letti.

Pro: We were met at the property by Cesar, who kindly took the time to highlight potential areas of interest on a map and answer our queries. The property was very spacious, clean, well maintained and had a great quirky layout. The location was central but no noise could be heard from the apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Contro: The only appliance we felt was missing was a toaster.

Good place to stay in a large group, 3 beds

Pro: The localisation was super good. It had it all we need, kitchen supplies, washing machine, coffee pot, iron, hairdryer, etc.

Contro: The living room is not so big to fit everyone at once. We had to sit on the floor to chat in a group.

Pro: The appartment is on top location, in the middle of the center. It is verry big and comfortable, clean and quiet.
