La Perla Del Borgo Apartment

Pro: Appartamento in centro, a due passi dal duomo e vicino a tutto. Ci si muove facilmente a piedi. Appartamento molto grande con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, grande salone e ampia cucina.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso, posizione ottima e il proprietario disponibilissimo ad ogni esigenza..ci tornerei subito.

Appartamento ideale a Firenze

Pro: Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, tenuto bene, dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina abitabile, con moltissimi accessori, comprensiva di lavastoviglie. Tavolo comodo con 4 sedie nel locale adiacente. . Living separato dalla cucina, molto bello, con tv da 50 pollici e divano ampio e comodo. Camere con letti matrimoniali, armadi capienti e molto ben illuminate. Due bagni: uno con doccia e uno con vasca. Proprietario disponibile, accogliente e ben organizzato. Posizione ottima a due passi dal Duomo.

Contro: Nelle strade adiacenti alla sera c'è la movida, di conseguenza c'è molta confusione. L'impatto iniziale non è dei migliori in quanto il vano scale condominiale è un po' tetro... ma appena entrati dalla porta cambia tutto perché l'appartamento è bellissimo.

Nel complesso buono e rilassante.

Pro: Appartamento ampio e funzionale, molti punti luce ed elettrodomestici, molto centrale a pochi passi dal duomo e dalla movida fiorentina.

Contro: Polvere sui ripiani, sulle tende e sul divano veramente impolverato. La sera il brusio dei locali e della movida fiorentina non favorisce il riposo di persone con il sonno leggero, dotatevi di tappi anti rumore.

Pro: Bel arredamento, spazi ampi, biancheria pulita, cucina in ordine e con cosine di prima necessità per la colazione. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Contro: Il bagno non era ben pulito.

Pro: Excellent location. Spacious, very clean and comfortable. Two well appointed bathrooms a bonus. We were greeted by Phillipe who let us leave our luggage before check in time and gave us clear details about the apartment, the area, nearby restaurants etc. Everything is in walking distance, Duomo, supermarkets, cafes, eateries. Communication was excellent, had a couple of queries that were answered very promptly. We only had a few days in Florence but would definitely stay again if we get the chance to return

Great trip nice appartment but some of the full disclosures were purposefully omitted

Pro: Location location location, perfect central most everything we wanted to se was resonable walking distance or city bus stop was just around the corner

Contro: Well the web site states upper floor access by elevator but no mention that you have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. My wife has limited mobility and the search I performed was elevator was my # 1. Criteria. It was very difficult for her at 72 and poor use of her legs. They skirted the disclosure saying the upper floors were services by elevator. We rode one flight and climbed on flight. We asked if towels could be refreshed as we were staying a week. They indicated they would do it one time free of charge. I would understand if the unit had laundry. Seems like they should have been exchanged more than once.

Definitely would stay here again!

Pro: The apartment was in a perfect location. Within walking distance to all of Florence highlights! Both bedrooms had air conditioning so this was very helpful.

Contro: No washer and dryer.

Great location

Pro: Apartment is extremely well located, just in the center of the city. The kitchen is spacious so if you are making breakfast every morning it can be very convenient. The apartment was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place.

Contro: It is just next to bars/restaurants with crowds outside, which can be very loud even at midnight and after that. The rooms are in the opposite site so you won’t hear the noise that much, but if you have a sensitive sleep it is something to consider. I used my earbuds and I was fine

Pro: Bel appartement a proximité de tout ce qu'il y a a visiter., 2 chambres 2 salles de bain pour 2 couples le top !
