In the heart of Florence

Pro: The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is new and working perfectly. It has a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee. Great location.

Pro: Great location, big apartment, nice decor. Relatively quiet.

Contro: Could have been cleaned a bit better - we had to rewash some cutlery, dirt swept under the living room rug.

Pro: It was exactly what was shown in the photos! Excellent position. Clean, bright apartment with a comfy bed. Lovely shower room. Be aware that there are 44 steps from the entrance to the flat door. We dropped our bags off early and briefly met our host. Charming man. Very helpful advice.

Contro: Nothing. Just remember you have neighbours all around so there is some noise at night. But nothing more than people settling down. No party or restaurant noise. Booking dot com quoted a discounted taxi fare from the station at €99. We queued at the taxi rank for probably 15 min and got to the apartment for €38!!!

Pro: Comfort, clean, and space of the property. Location to main attractions was perfect, street was quite by day and busy at night

Great location in an amazing apartment!

Pro: It looks amazing, it’s really neat and clean. Looks like it’s renovated and styled by a stylist yesterday. You have everything you need and more, washing machine, nespresso coffeemaker, fast WiFi, google TV. I could live here! Only the entrance of the building is not representative for the amazing apartment. But location makes up for that.

Contro: Nothing everything was great, the only thing I didn’t like were many many messages about what time we would arrive, days in advance and the late check in and early check out time 16:00-10.00

Pro: Apartament was well appointed, very clean. Stefania communicated very well and always responded promptly to texts. She provided very detailed information to make our stay good. Gianni met us at the apartment, and we appreciated his punctuality.

Contro: Did not like the entrance to the building and the stairs and stairwell. Needs some care. Also, 2 flights up could be difficult with luggage and if you are not fit.

Perfect place to stay and feel at home!
