Pro: Casa dotata di ogni confort, non molto lontana da Firenze (preferibile essere muniti di automobile). Presente parcheggio privato all'interno. Bella atmosfera in quanto si è immersi nella vegetazione toscana. Letto comodo. Presente rete wifi.

Contro: Si potrebbe migliorare il livello di pulizia. Si consiglia di far controllare lo sciacquone del bagno perché non è molto potente ed efficace. Sono presenti molte zanzare causa la presenza di acque stagnanti nella zona.

Pro: The house is in a beautiful area, the view is dreamlike. The host responded to all our requests and solved them. The accommodation is far from the bus station, it is at the top of the hill. I walked 30 minutes from the accommodation to the bus station, at an easy step downhill, I didn't go up because I was arriving in the evening and I came by taxi from Florence to the accommodation.

Contro: Many mosquitoes, nets should be installed on the windows, I couldn't stay with the window open because of the mosquitoes and I couldn't stay in the yard either. The doors make a very loud noise.

Pro: Very clean, has all the basics as well ( tissues and cleaning materials) Spacious Owner is very helpful Location is very good

Pro: Great location to travel around Tuscany with a car. You defenitely need a car to stay here. For shopping or to get to the city as well.

Contro: The appartment was super. But the main heating broke down. There was additional heating possibility with the air-condition, but it was not so effective. I suggest the owner to repair the main heating system. The warm water (100 liter for 10 people) was sometimes a little bit few.

Great hosts, comfortable stay.

Pro: The host are friendly and disponible. We needed to change our arrival time few times, it was not a problem. The apartament is very spacious, fully equipped and clean. An independent AC in every room is a plus. A box of some own products we received was an unexpected and great surprise. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

Contro: A lot of mosquitos, there are no nets in the windows so adding them could be a nice improvement. We were also missing something to shade the table in the garden but these are details.

Pro: The Berni family was really nice and friendly during our stay! The apartment has amazing view to the toscan scenery.

Pro: Localisation parfaite au sud de Florence. Maison agréable et belle pelouse pour les BBQ

Pro: Piekny dom, elegancko umeblowany, wygodna klimatyzacja, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, piękna okolica, widok na Florencję, cicho, wspaniały widok z okna na pietrze

Joli endroit sur un mont avec un bel environnement et très calme avec un terrain parfait pour les enfants, plutôt style

Pro: Appartement très spacieux parfait avec des enfants, belle situation, jolie vue, tous les produits du quotidien dans cuisine et salles de bain. Pas loin du depart du tram pour Florence.

Contro: Un lit n’était pas confortable sinon les autres bien et très propres
