Podere Fichereto Tuscany Apartment in Florence countryside

Semplicemente perfetto in tutto...aggiungo Host reattivo e Super gentile!

Pro: Direi tutto, sinceramente...posizione, spazi, parcheggio...la bellezza di una tipica casa Toscana!

Pro: Antico podere caratteristico immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità vicino alla tramvia che porta a Firenze. Al suo interno ci sono alcuni \

Contro: Sì potrebbe mettere a disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo set di benvenuto.

Pro: Grandi spazi, struttura molta pulizia. Io giardino molto grande e ombreggiato con barbecue, una loggia stupenda. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Fermata della metropolitana leggera nelle vicinanze se si vuole andare a Firenze.

Contro: Nessuna

Pro: Soluzione ideale per famiglie con bambini. Fuori dalla confusione della città. Casa molto ben attrezzata e comoda con tutto quello che serve. Per raggiungere Firenze abbiamo sfruttato la Tramvia, che si raggiunge in 5 minuti.

A great base for visiting Florence and Surrounds.

Pro: Reasonably Quiet location on outskirts of Florence. Set in an old farm house that has been divided into apartments. Original features well preserved but modern facilities. The owners were very helpful. Good air conditioning through out the apartment.the Tramvia is an excellent way to get around.

Contro: The outdoor furniture was severely lacking. There is a lovely patio and garden but only two uncomfortable deck chairs to sit in. The dining table has only bench seating. The TV was 20 years or so old and broke while we were trying to watch the Olympics. Hopefully it will be replaced with a more modern device.

Relaxing pace could be had if the city of Florence wasn’t pulling us out into the countryside and surrounds weren’t pull

Pro: The charm of a country farmhouse Quiet and cool in the evenings Airconditioning for a better sleep Onsite parking and lovely views of the garden Two bathrooms, microwave, good iron and ironing board washing machine and drying rack for clothes which could be placed outside in the fresh air to dry❤️!

Contro: Nothing I can think of.

Pro: Great location to explore Florence on foot. Pleasant host helped us in every aspect necessary to enjoy out stay.

Typical Tuscan apartment. It’s comfortable, spacious and clean.

Pro: Wonderful location and large enough for the 7 of us. The property was very well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Contro: We got delayed on the way to the property - late fee of 20 Euros per hour for checkin was a surprise. But accept the explanation of the owner that this is accommodate for their extra time. Would be nice if this was more explicit upfront.

Pro: The house itself, the location, big garden with trees and olives

Contro: The heating wasn’t working in the bedrooms, there wasn’t wifi available and the house staff told us it was a neighborhood problem… additionally the tv was old and neither worked w/o internet.

Pro: The propriety is really nice. We really enjoy our stay and the hosts were helpful and kind. Restaurants close by are nice and recommendations were helpful.

Contro: Is nothing to do with the propriety, just to point that best way to enjoy your stay is with a car as the bus is a bit far and with the hotness is not nice to walk.
