Pro: We felt completely immersed in the beautiful surroundings of Settignano during our week-long stay in one of the immaculately 2 bed arranged rustic villas overlooking Florence. There was plenty of space to relax, read, cook, eat, and play—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Europe. The well-furnished rooms and outdoor areas made us feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen inspired us to cook with local ingredients and enjoy sharing meals with our two children. We felt like guests in a family setting, made friends with like-minded holidaymakers, and always felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed at Settignano Tuscany Homes. These special moments are ones we will cherish and look back on with fond memories for years to come.

Contro: Note the road coming directly to the property via the GPS is very tight. You need to head into town first, then go to the property. The team will provide two sets of directions in any case.

Amazing

Pro: The property was very beautiful oasis of calm and beauty. It was well maintained and the staff were always helpful. The location was also amazing as it was close to the Florence city center but still far enough away that one could get a feel of the Tuscan countryside.

Pro: I loved the aesthetic every detail was thoughtful curated down to the beautiful painting with a message upon our arrival, the place is gorgeous and we loved the whole stay. The view of Florence is spectacular.

Contro: My only concern/ dislike was the mould in the second bathroom on the ceiling. Everything else was spectacular and clean.

Relaxing and beautiful gardens so close to Florence

Pro: The place was immaculately clean and extremely beautiful. It was so peaceful to come back to after the chaos of downtown. Very comfortable bed. We had a lot of rain while we were there but the room was so cozy despite this. Self checked in.. the communication was excellent. Very kind owners and gardener. I would stay there again if I go back to Florence

Contro: Nothing. Give yourself plenty of time if you need to get to Florence as the public transportation is not really punctual or the bus may not show up but this is a general comment regardless of where you stay.

Contro: Loved everything about the property however guests should listen carefully to the advice on not taking the back roads to the property to avoid stress.

The best holiday location I’ve ever been to

Pro: Honestly - it seems lazy to say EVERYTHING. But it was my favourite ever holiday location. Pool is gorgeous - views are amazing. Beds / facilities / interior design all of the highest quality
