Un’esperienza molto gradevole da non perdere

Pro: La direttrice, il maitre e lo staff erano molto professionali e gentili. La struttura è veramente molto bella e ben curata. La camera era ampia ed accogliente e comprendeva in uso esclusivo un giardino privato con due lettini. Ottime le colazioni e le cene al ristorante. L’hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti un comodo collegamento con Firenze con servizio navetta.

Un grande hotel da migliorare nel servizio

Pro: Posizione invidiabile. Struttura eccellente con una piscina meravigliosa.

Contro: L aria condizionata in camera non è regolabile. C era freddo e non c e stato verso di farla sistemare. Manca il servizio a 5 stelle...: il bar alla piscina lento e disorganizzato. 2 calici di vino e una focaccia consegnati a 15 minuti di distanza l uno dall altro per l aperitivo che non viene accompagnato da nulla ( a richiesta abbiamo ottenuto 5 olive e delle arachidi). Colazione di qualità, cena discreta, non al top sempre per il servizio lento e disattento ( non si può tenere l acqua su un tavolo a parte, se non si osserva il commensale per versarla al momento opportuno. Lasciatela in tavola che si provvede da soli...piuttosto) .

Contro: THAT MY HOLIDAY HAD TO END !

We felt so pampered and spoiled during our stay at Villa La Massa.

Pro: Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

Excellent, amazing stay and beautiful property

Pro: Beautiful property, really peaceful and quiet. Not too far from town and really clean and tidy.

Contro: We wanted to eat in the town for one of the nights but the free shuttle was already booked, so we had to eat at the hotel twice. Not a problem but would have liked to try elsewhere.

Beautiful stay 20 minutes outside Florence shuttle almost every hour

Pro: From the moment we entered it was five star service. At checkin Adel, Tamara and Nicolo were very cordial. The views of the river and beautiful hills made it hard to look away. All of the resteraunt’s were excellent and especially the very lovely staff. I would especially like to thank Vasilis for his great food recommendations and conversation.

Pro: We have stayed at Villa La Massa previously and returned because it is an exceptional property in a unique location. It is a peaceful haven in close proximity to an historic city.

Contro: Everything. The rooms are spacious, elegant and luxurious. The grounds and pool area are very well kept. Excellent indoor and outdoor eating areas serving excellent food and beverages.
