L’hotel incarna perfettamente il concetto di luxury: ambienti raffinati, cura estrema dei dettagli, comfort assoluto e un’atmosfera esclusiva che fa sentire coccolati come a casa,fin dal primo momento. In particolare desidero ringraziare Lavinia e Alberto, che con la loro gentilezza, competenza e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. Il loro approccio caloroso e altamente professionale rappresenta un valore aggiunto.

Pro: absolutely incredible boutique hotel in a gorgeous area, still central but sufficiently off the beaten track so you’re not stuck in a super touristy area. Incredible service, insane decor and lovely breakfast - would reformers to everyone and anyone!

Pro: An absolute gem in Florence. We stayed in a beautiful room located within a historic building, featuring magnificent design that perfectly blends history with comfort. The service was impeccable, with incredible hospitality from the entire team. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast served in the cozy, intimate atrium. In the evening, the bar was a highlight with its top-notch cocktails. Highly recommended.

Contro: The only minor note is that the bathroom was a bit chilly, but otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Pro: The level of service is excellent and the hotel is very nicely done to provide great comfort and a serene escape from hustle and bustle. Great location for walking around town. We actually cancelled our four seasons stay to try here instead and have no regrets!

Loved every minute of it

Pro: Were made to feel very welcome. It had the feel of a home rather than a hotel but had beautiful rooms and public spaces. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, fantastic service. Look forward to returning.
