Dreamy in the best possible way, such a beautiful and special place

Pro: This was possibly the most magical place I've had the pleasure of laying my head! Our room was on the top floor with a balcony view of the duomo, but the interior design was what I really fell in love with - from the beautiful tiled corridor on entrance, vintage postcards, antiquities, lace curtains - it was a feast for the eyes and somewhere I would dream to live. Patrick was very jovial and accomodating and we can't wait to return to Florence to hopefully stay again in such an enchanting place.

Contro: nothing! Everything was amazing - the location was so central!

Pro: One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed at. The design is incredibly thoughtful and intentional - I really felt like I was staying within an art museum or on the film set of a 1960s Italian film. So cinematic. Every corner is begging to be photographed. Will be day dreaming about our stay here for a long time! Patrick was a very friendly and accommodating host. 10/10.

A unique house in central Florence for an experience back in time

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

Pro: The location was absolutely spectacular...can't get any closer to the Duomo! The street, however, was very quiet, even with being in such a central location. The rooms & beds were very comfortable. Well equipped, shared kitchen, with everything one needed. Patrick, the owner, is an extremely considerate host, who ensured that our stay was comfortable and that we had access to everything we needed. He was always available for any advice. We also greatly appreciated his help with our suitcases (the rooms were on the 2nd floor, without an elevator). He was kind enough to help us, not only when we arrived, but also when we were leaving (at the crack of dawn!) - and he even waited with us for our taxi to arrive. Hosts like Patrick are rare, so many MANY thanks to him for his kindness throughout our stay!

A really unique, one of a kind stay.

Pro: Fantastic location, wonderfully atmospheric place. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable bed, lots of space, had everything we needed.

Contro: There is nothing bad to say about this place. My only gripe is that it was sometimes noisy at night time, but that was unavoidable considering it was right in the heart of the city. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs!

Beautiful, spacious and clean - will come again!

Pro: The place is beautifully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The owner was very kind and generous. Good location (very close to the Cathedral, and there's a supermarket across the street). We were very happy and will definitely come here again!

The most perfect place to stay in central Firenze

Pro: An absolute gem right in the heart of Florence and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Le Tre Stanze. The location is ideal—just a 100-metres from to the Duomo! Notwithstanding the property being so central it was wonderfully quite being so central. Patrick is a great host, . From the moment I booked, I asked loads of questions online and not once did I have to wait more than a few minutes for a full and comprehensive reply. Patrick = when we return to Florence, we’ll almost certainly stay here again.
