Pro: L'organizzazione è impeccabile, abbiamo effettuato il check-in molto facilmente e velocemente. La struttura è particolare e ha un sapore antico, dovrebbero essere organizzati un pochino meglio gli spazi e gli accessori, soprattutto del soggiorno e il bagno ma, per il resto per 2 notti si può tranquillamente stare. La posizione è perfetta, dietro ponte vecchio e piazza della signoria, nel cuore pulsante di Firenze. Consiglio assolutamente.
Contro: I cuscini sono assolutamente da cambiare, molli e scomodi, così come il materasso non proprio comodo.

Ottimo soggiorno. Comfort, tranquillità e gentilezza
Pro: Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. La casa si presenta in una posizione ottima (si è in partica a 20 metri da ponte vecchio) ed è facile raggiungere a piedi i diversi punti di attrazione di Firenze. La pulizia della camera è stata ottima cosi come è stata perfetta la nostra host che ci ha messo a nostro agio e ci ha dato una mano appena è accaduto un problema. Nulla da ridire, potrei tornarci.
Contro: Probabilmente io avrei messo una bottiglina di shampoo o bagnoschiuma in più. Erano proprio dell'esatto numero degli ospiti. Non è una critica, ma un consiglio.

Pro: Posizione eccezionale a pochi metri da ponte Vecchio, monolocale molto bello arredato su misura. Letto comodo e pulito.
Contro: Alcuni particolari sarebbero da migliorare... c'è il bollitore, ma senza caffè o the, le tende in sala imponenti, ma macchiate.

Great location for either solo or a couple
Pro: Really great location, and a really nice apartment. I went solo, but it would be absolutely great for a couple as well
Contro: The lighting in both the entrance and the bathroom didn’t work very well. Also: WATCH YOUR HEAD ON THE TOP FLOOR. I banged my head quite a few times… Would have loved to have a to have a proper table to eat at and work at. Would be great with just a couple of bar chairs by the kitchen or another table. A bigger trash bin would be great… Consider putting in a drawers by the kitchen. Makes finding cutlery a bit nicer.

Very pleasant and convenient location.
Pro: The accommodation was a central location. It was very quaint and easy to access.
Contro: We couldn’t get our luggage up to the bedroom area. Which wasn’t a big deal but a little inconvenient. The lift area for the bed made the ceilings very low and getting down to the bed wasn’t easy.

Amazing! Can only recommend!
Pro: Location could literally not be better! the flat is 1 minute away from Ponte Vecchio. The flat itself is very nice and stylish. I particularly appreciate the customer Centro city of the staff - we were allowed to check in early as we arrived in Florence at 10am already which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy the city from the early morning
Contro: The shower cabin was leaking. We had to remove the water from the floor every time that we took a shower

Pro: Très bien situé pour visiter les nombreux sites aux alentours
Contro: Le logement est équipé de plaque cuisson, lave vaisselle mais il est interdit d’y réchauffer quelque chose. Seul le micro onde peut-être utilisé, c'est dommage

Great location. Loved the place.
Pro: Clean and great location. Right next to Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Staff was easy to communicate with. Great AC. King bed. Loved it! Not too far from train station- walkable.
Contro: Only negative is bathroom is downstairs from the bed. It wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for others.

Ótima localização. Ajudtar alguns detalhes e retirar os tapetes.
Pro: A localização é perfeita, se estiver com carro a Garage na Via dele terme é muito próxima.
Contro: O sistema B&B as vezes parece uma gincana, onde vc tem que encontrar a chave para poder entrar. O que acredito que deveria passar com antecedência o passo a passo para entrar no quarto. A senha do wifi deveria ser simples e ser coloca em um local de fácil visualização. Os tapetes deveriam ser retirados da sala e do quarto. Eu acabei enrolando os tapetes e colocando atrás da cortina. Velas usadas e empoeiradas deveria ser retirados da acomodação.
