Apartment at the heart of Florence.

Pro: Incredible location looking at the Florence Duomo and right in all the action. Very large spacious apartment. Excellent wifi.

Contro: The towels were threadbare - not what you expect for what’s billed as a luxury apartment. Communication was very patchy, especially when time sensitive. There were no tea towels provided in the kitchen which was just strange.

An amazing place, had everything- views, location and space.

Pro: Incredible location!!! Absolutely central to everything. Beautiful views and gorgeous apartment. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Has a lift for those with luggage.

Pro: The location and view from apartment was exceptional

Contro: Unfortunately we were very cold at night. Central heating is turned off during night due to government regulations however air conditioners did not work at all A shame when it’s so cold outside and you can’t get warm at night

The quality of customer service to the most amazing views from all rooms took my breath away

Pro: The location is breathtaking and so spacious when travelling with friends. Having a kitchen to cook and an open lounge to listen to the singing at night near the duomo. The large double doors were the beginning of stepping into another world

Pro: The apartment and location could not be any better!!! It was perfect for our family of four with tons of room to spare. Everything about our stay and hosts was exceptional. Come on, a view of the Baptistry, Duomo and Camponile? Wow,amazing :)

Pro: Excellent location, lovely apartment. Would definitely visit again. The views from the windows were amazing.

Contro: My only dislike was it could be very noisy in the streets below, I would suggest ear plugs for future travellers.

Pro: Wonderful accommodation. Great position in the centre of Florence.

Great Location and Very Spacious

Pro: I loved this place. The property was very, very spacious. Great location and able to look down on the square. Center of town. We could hear the musicians playing in the square below. I loved the secure entrance into the building. Lift a bonus!!! We did laundry and it came out vey nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property responded immediately to any concerns. I would stay here again!

Pro: 위치가 믿을 수 없을만큼 좋아요. 그리고 너무너무 넓고 고급스러워요. 파티장에서 사는 것 같았어요. 사진에 보이는 게 거의 그대로입니다. 부모님과 함께 한 여행이었는데, 창문으로 두오모 광장을 내려다보며 따로 관광을 할 필요가 없다며 좋아하셨어요. 가구와 소품, 그림까지 정성을 다해 꾸며놓아서 빌린 집 느낌이 아니고 초대 받은 느낌이 들어서 좋았습니다. 작은 장식품까지 세심하게 갖춰져있어요. 아침 9시부터 자정까지 연락되는 컨시어지 서비스가 있어요. 콘센트는 특이한모양이었지만 가지고 다니는 일반적인 여행용 어댑터가 잘 맞았고, 콘센트 정말 많아서 위치 상관없이 잘 썼어요. 세탁기는 부엌쪽 야외 발코니에 있었지만 불편하지 않았어요. 세탁기 자리에 지붕과 벽이 있어요. 식기세척기, 전자렌지 있어서 편했고, 웰컴 생수, 커피스틱, 차, 일회용 올리브오일이 작은 바구니에 준비되어 마음이 따뜻해졌습니다.

Contro: 개선점은 아니고 살면서 주의한 점은…화장실 콘센트 모양만 달라서 비치된 헤어드라이기와 세트인 것 같아 거기서만 사용했고, 화장실 물 내리는 버튼 적응하는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸어요. 난방은 오전과 오후에 뜬금없는 시간에 나오던데, 이만한 집이 그래도 21도 정도 유지하는 건 괜찮은 거 같아요. 서늘한 정도이지 덜덜 떨진 않아요. 실내복을 잘 입고 있었어요.

Great location in the heart of Florence.

Pro: You can’t beat the location of this suite. It is right in the heart of Florence. The apartment is very big with lots of space. It was almost too big for our party of 4!

Contro: There is noise from the square but that was expected and didn’t bother us. We enjoyed watching the crowds. The apartment’s laundry is located outside on a narrow balcony which wasn’t great, but we managed.
