Florence Luxury Apartment al Duomo by Mmega

Pro: The apartment was amazing, the bedrooms are all really big and the bathrooms are nice and modern. The ceilings are really tall and the whole place feels really well looked after. The location was also perfect.

Contro: We had to wait around 40 minutes for someone to meet us as they got held up with another check in which wasnt great, however once he arrived he apologised and tried to check us in as quickly as possible. The showers were lukewarm the first morning and the second day they were all cold.

Pro: Location was excellent, staff were very helpful. Lack of microwave and washing machine facilities was definitely missed.

This property is a gem. Location, facilities are a winner. Don’t look further- just book here!

Pro: The location was an absolute gem. You could open the windows and one side see the Duomo square and from the other watch the people walking down the streets. We could walk outside the apartment block and around corners to easily to find eateries. You were in the heart of Florence🫶and everything was accessible. Was perfect for our stay. The kitchen area & table were accommodating.Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfortable to sleep in, bathrooms adequate for our families needs.

Contro: Shame we could only have one key for the amount of people we were staying in the apartment. We had difficulty regulating the cooing in some rooms but it was fine.

It was excellent, thank you - we would recommend it

Pro: The proximity to the cathedral. The wonderful old lift! Having a bathroom each.

Contro: The front door key was very hard to operate, and we couldn't change the air-conditioning settings as there were no instructions

Contro: Upon arrival in Florence Train station, the local contact person for the check in did not respond to Wattsapp messages even though he requested for me to message him upon arrival. After I had walked to the apartment building entrance, I had to call the local contact person who then responded and after that I had to wait another 25 minutes in the cold air for the local contact to arrive. Poor wifi reception in most bedrooms No clothes washer / dryer in the apartment Apartment heating temperature cannot be controlled in the apartment as the heating is centrally managed for the entire building TV in 1 of the bedrooms (next to the door) was not working

Pro: Fantastic location. Very sizable apartment which was great as my stepdaughter stayed with us and we all had our own space. The air con was greatly appreciated!

Pro: Nice clean,large rooms,comfortable beds excellent location.

Beautiful Florence, beautiful place in a perfect location

Pro: Great facilities, excellent location. A bit noisy for the couple in the front bedroom, but we all loved it and would go back in a heartbeatWonderful showers, strong wifi, working elevator. You can't beat the location, a block off the Duomo.

Contro: Nothing. It was a perfect stay for 2 couple and a solo who wanted to be able to cook for themselves.

Pro: We liked the combination of period building with contemporary apartment interior. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The central location was perfect and although it was busy outside the windows when closed effectively soundproofed the interior. Communicating with the people responsible for dealing with visitors was easy.

Contro: We couldn’t work out how to adjust the temperature in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen so that room was a little too warm at night. We liked the quirky vintage lift but using it depended on previous users having remembered to close the doors and press the button after themselves. If they had not done so the stairs might be difficult for less able visitors.

Pro: The location is TOP. Perfect for a night walk to Ponte Vecchio, perfect for an early morning to go take a coffee and croissants. Perfect for shopping and have a break for leaving the bags at the property. Perfect for the best restaurants in town.

Contro: It is the first property in Italy that doesn't have a coffee machine :D How cooooome? :))) We were lucky with the coffee shop in the corner.
