POSIZIONE ECCELLENTE

Pro: Posizione più che fantastica, scendere ed essere in piazza duomo non ha prezzo, tutto raggiungibile al massimo in 20 minuti a piedi. Host gentilissima e disponibile, Martina ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie rispondendo immediatamente ai messaggi. Appartamento molto carino

Contro: Unico neo il bagno estremamente piccolo

Pro: La posizione è bellissima, praticamente al Duomo. La casa è pulita e c' è tutto il necessario. L' accoglienza è sempre stata disponibile. Ci sono cialde per il caffè 😊

Contro: Una delle prese vicino al letto non funziona, metterei delle lampade sul comodino.

Fantastic apartment in Florence. Highly recommended.

Pro: The Apartment and location were fantastic. It was located next to the Duomo and all the nearby attractions. The best surprise is the access to the roof where you can get a great view of the Duomo for free!! There is also a lift to help with any luggage. There is also air-conditioning with heating and cooling. They provided washing machines with drying racks. The TV and Kitchen were slightly seperated and good not to disturb those in the bedrooms.

Contro: Apartment is getting dated with some plug sockects loose. The TV also does not have any smart functions. I had a problem with toilet flushing but after informing the host, someone came to fix it the same day. The two rooms were not quite seperated and the second room can look into the master, so do note if you need privacy. This wasn't a problem for me.

Pro: Could not get a better location! Right next to Duomo. Beautiful apartment & view from the rooftop.

Pro: Location is amazing. Walk round the corner and there's the Duomo! Apartment is comfortable and Florence is beautiful. Restaurants are good and most of staff are friendly and helpful

A cosy apartment with all amenities and a gracious host in the heart of Firenze.

Pro: This is an excellent location for (first time) visitors to Firenze. The Duomo is literally on your doorstep and there are lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. It is also very close to attractions such as Uffizi and Accademia Gallery.

Contro: The construction of the building entrance and the stairwell is such that it appears gloomy, if not a bit eerie. But don't let this deter you from the comfort of the apartment.

Pro: Fabulous location with the Duomo at your front door and host was wonderful..very accomodating.

Fantastic stay in Florence

Pro: It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location in Florence. Travelled with a baby and elderly mother, the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen was nice, and we had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. We used the washing machine and hung our clothes in the little balcony area, which was so handy. We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Duomo is such a great little apartment, a great location, and amazing views from the top floor

Contro: The 2 rooms are connected as they do not have a wall to separate. The rooms, although on separate levels, are only separate by a curtain, this was not an issue for us but might be for other people as there isn't much privacy in regards to noise. The bathroom configuration was very tight, especially getting into the shower, I felt like I was stepping over the toilet to get into the shower. Despite this, the bathroom is clean and functional.

Pro: was perfect! location was perfect.. and the beds were comfortable. small rooms but not such a bid problem for 2 night stay. we will definitely go again and stay in the same apartments.
