Everything I could ask for a stay in Florence!

Pro: For the price, this place and location are absolutely exceptional. The host was very straightforward to communicate with, and everything was well organized. The pictures do it justice, the bathroom was absolutely fabulous, and you do get to enjoy the landmark view from your bed, which is super nice. The place was clean, comfortable and had all the things you might need in an apartment.

Contro: The only downside is that the property is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Even for a young person with all he's walking you do in Florence, it's quite a climb (especially if you have a lot of luggage). But the host had that outlined, so i knew what to expect!

Contro: Not much really except for the stairs to the third story apartment. Very steep!!

Pro: Stanovanje je urejeno, na izjemni lokaciji v središču starega jedra Firenz tik za galerijo Ufizzi in muzejem Gucci.

Contro: Ponoči in v zgodnjih jutranjih urah je bilo precej hrupno. Ne priporočamo za tiste, ki imajo rahel spanec. Poleg tega smo pogrešali tople odeje, v oktobru pregrinjalo za posteljo in rjuha nista dovolj.

Contro: Climbing to the third floor on the narrow stone steps was challenging with our luggage and could certainly pose a problem for anyone with health issues or of an older age.

Pro: The owner of the property was incredibly communicative and did a great job helping us get settled. The apartment is at the top of quite a few stairs but that wasn't an issue for us at all. I would highly recommend this place to a friend looking to stay in Florence.
