Pro: Accogliente e funzionale, tutto perfetto al check in camera confortevole possibilità di parcheggio in zona, centro facilmente raggiungibile.

Great room and facilities with full access to kitchen and dining area

Pro: Lovely big clean room with garden view, which was nice and warm when we arrived. No issue with a later than arranged check-in after we let them know. Kettle, coffee machine, tea bags and coffee pods in the room aswell as in the well equiped comunal kitchen. The bed was really comfy, window had mosquito net and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet with a few eateries really close by and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. The walk from the train station was really easy and took about 20 minutes and was also quite easy for us to walk into the historical centre (it might feel a bit far out for some people though). We really enjoyed this clean, spacious, well equipped room (and kitchen, dining, lounge area) and would definitely stay here again.

Contro: The only negative about the property we can think of is that the WiFi wasn't great (for streaming, but fine for general searching etc) and the mosquito net was a bit tricky to first close then subsequently open to close the shutters at night - some thicker curtains would easily alleviate this. (Nb there were 3 mosquitos in the room when we arrived so we needed the net down). Our main negative is that booking.com said the city tax would be €36 but in order to complete the online check-in 'home unity' charged extra and made us pay €38.40. Only a small mark-up but if that happens for every guest then it all adds up. But overall, we had a great stay at the Villa and would definitely recommend it

Pro: The house and the room are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything was clean and well organized!

Pro: Quedamos muy conformes y contentas con el hospedaje. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y amplio. Ignacia fue muy predispuesta y respondió a todas nuestras consultas con mucha amabilidad. Nuestro paso por Florencia fue muy cómodo. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Pro: La ubicación en una zona muy tranquila, cerca hay supermercado. El alojamiento cuenta con una cocina muy bien dotada. Áreas comunes excelentes, un patio encantador. La encargada de entregar la habitación muy formal y disponible. a unos 5 minutos caminando esta la estación de metro y de bus.

Great for sighseeing Firenze

Pro: Urokliwy hotel, uroczy ogródek, dostęp do kawy i kuchni z lodówką, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Lokalizacja bardzo przystępna, 30minut spaceru do centrum przez cudowne uliczki.

Contro: Specyficzny zapach, cienkie ściany przez co słychać innych gości i plamy wilgoci na ścianach.
