UNYCA- Elegant En-suite "Santa Maria Novella"

Pro: Il piano nobile di un palazzo storico a due passi dal Duomo ospita alcune camere ed uno spazio comune. La camera Santa Maria Novella è ampia, pulita e accogliente, con un comodo letto a baldacchino. Il bagno è moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di una doccia ampia e confortevole.

Contro: La camera è spaziosa e ben rifinita: l’inserimento di un divano o di un tavolo centrale valorizzerebbe meglio lo spazio, evitando l’effetto di vuoto. L’ingresso del palazzo risulta un po’ scomodo, poiché la rampa di scale si sviluppa immediatamente all’entrata.

Soggiorno comodissimo e a buon prezzo

Pro: Posizione super centrale, a due passi dal Duomo, camera enorme e bagno ristrutturato da poco, aria condizionata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Contro: La camera affacciava su una via dove scaricavano merci, con le finestre chiuse si sentiva ancora il rumore: sarebbero da cambiare con finestre insonorizzate. La camera grande potrebbe essere fornita di una sedia in più e un divanetto, inoltre consiglierei di fornire un pò più di materiale per il bagno (carta igienica e asciugamani)

Pro: The room is big and clean, bathroom recently remodeled, there's a small balcony, there's a coffeemaker in the shared living room, the location is amazing, right behind the Duomo and close enough to the train station. There's also a baggage deposit nearby in case you arrive earlier than check in time. The host was responsive and helpful.

Contro: There's a big staircase upon entry to the building but the person meeting me helped with my suitcase. The mattress could be more comfortable. There's very loud truck merchandise delivery on the street below this room around 6 am that woke me up the first night but I wore earplugs the second night and it was ok.

Excellent place

Pro: The location was just perfect. The room is very big, the bed big as well and comfortable, the bathroom is very good and the wifi is perfect. There is free coffee in the apartment.

Contro: None

Pro: Úžasná lokalita kousek od Dómu, historický dům, ale pokoj i koupelna jsou zrekonsturované a moderní. Z balkonu je nádherný výhled na klidné náměstí a historické památky. Pěkná velká skříň, velmi pohodlná postel, psací stůl, lednička, kávovar a varná konvice, funkční topení a aircondition. V blízkém okolí jsou příjemné, dobré restaurace a prodejny potravin a základní drogerie. Pokud jsem cokoliv s vlastníkem potřebovala vyřešit, stačilo napsat přes WhatsApp.

Contro: Okolí domu je ráno hlučnější, ale je to centrum města, tak se to dá čekat. Vyřešily to špunty do uší.

Pro: Sobre todo la ubicación, es excepcional, a metros del Duomo y cerca de los puntos importantes. La habitación fue excelente para nuestras necesidades. Muy limpia y bien decorada. La ducha excelente!

Pro: Situation fabuleuse. Très belle salle de douche récente. Amabilité d'Eduardo lors de l'accueil. Accompagnement par textos pour l'arrivée.

Contro: La chambre est conforme aux photos,un peu vide une seule chaise, supporterait un fauteuil ou petit sofa. Escalier de 30 marches à l'arrivée aide possible d'Eduardo mais au départ plus délicat. Informations tardives malgré relance pour différentes infos entre autres consigne bagages dans le secteur car impossible à la résidence

Rossz végkicsengés

Pro: Remek helyen volt, egy történelmi épületben kialakított lakás.

Contro: A kommunikáció a házigazdákkal egy kicsit nehézkesnek bizonyult. Jól tönkretették az utolsó napomat és programomat az össze-vissza whatsapp üzengetéssel. Hogy otthagyhatom-e és meddig a bepakolt bőröndömet (amit pedig jóelőre lebeszéltem).

Pro: Nos recibió Dilan, nos trató super bien y nos explicó en detalle todo lo que teníamos disponible en el B&B

Contro: nada

Pro: O quarto e banheiro eram muito espaçosos e silenciosos, mesmo no centro. Fomos recebidos super bem.

Contro: Não gostei que não foi avisado sobre a escada grande e ingreme logo na entrada. Não foi um problemas para nós, mas poderia ser para alguém com dificuldade de mobilidade.
