Pro: The villa is beautiful - very tastefully decorated with a lovely outdoor space. It is in a great location, being in a quiet neighbourhood but easy access into central Florence, the Chianti Classico region, and a great supermarket just down the road. David and Bea were really helpful and welcoming hosts.

Contro: Some of the outdoor facilities need a refresh and an upgrade. The pool is lovely but starting to get worn, and the outdoor terrace flooring, hammock and day bed need some attention. There was also a problem with mosquitoes which affected our enjoyment of being outside. There was a good supply of repellent and candles which helped somewhat but I don’t think it is helped by heavy overnight watering of the lawns.

A wonderful family stay - we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Pro: The house is beautiful and very well appointed. We particularly loved the garden and pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location is great for exploring Florence but also being away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the host’s recommendations for restaurants particularly near Porta Roma where is much easier to park and then walk into central Florence. Communication was easy and the hosts couldn’t have done more for us.

Our stay was perfect

Pro: The willa is perfect, done in old Italian style, clean and you get everything you need, territory is very green and quiet. 20 minutes to city center by taxi. The owners are very friendly.

Pro: The house is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, but it's very cozy and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and tranquil. However, the best aspect is its location. The house is only a 15-minute drive from the city center, offering the benefits of both a private residence and convenient city access.

Pro: Beautiful, lush garden — spacious and well-equipped. Stylish, thoughtfully decorated villa. Friendly and very helpful host David.

A dreamy and charming stay in a peaceful home, offering the perfect vacation stay.

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The house itself was perfect in every way—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. There was a large supermarket which was a 5 min walk away down a charming street. We would definitely stay here again and recomend to all of our family and friends heading to Tuscany.

Pro: Absolutnie niesamowity i wspaniały pobyt! Miejsce przewyższyło wszystkie moje oczekiwania, a David był po prostu znakomity - życzliwy, pomocny i zawszę dostępny, gdy potrzebowaliśmy pomocy. Atmosfera była tak przyjazna i komfortowa, że naprawdę poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Z pewnością chcielibyśmy wrócić i gorąco polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka niezapomnianego pobytu!
