Pro: La centralità è sicuramente il punto forte, la casa è nuova e fornita di ogni cosa.

Contro: Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo, la notte c'è molto rumore esterno che a mio parere con dei nuovi infissi si potrebbe risolvere, e infine le scale per arrivare all'appartamento. È un terzo piano senza ascensore quindi davvero pesante, ma l'appartamento in sè e la posizione centralissima fanno passare tutto in secondo piano.

Perfect base for exploring Florence

Pro: The property had everything needed and was very central. The washing machine was very handy and there was lots of space. Was able to communicate easily with the host via WhatsApp, and leave our luggage before check-in.

Contro: The shower is quite small, not an issue for us, but might be something to consider if you’re used to bigger spaces.

An enjoyable stay. It was a lovely apartment, I just would have been better prepared if the above points had been clear

Pro: Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Actually had more than I needed. Good communication ahead of visit and with entry instructions the day before.

Contro: I didn’t realise the apartment was on the third floor without a lift. I think this should have been stated in the listing. The sockets in the bedroom were Italian and not the usual 2 pin European ones for which I had an adapter. As the apartment specifically listed sockets near the bed I think this should have been made clear or an adapter provided. I had to charge my phone in the hallway. The shower was very small which may be a problem for some.

Perfect base for my time in Florence

Pro: The location of this apartment can’t be beat. Right next to the Duomo and writhing 10-15minutes walk to most of Florence

Contro: Very little. For those on the chunkier side you might have some issues with the shower

Lovely apartment in the heart of an amazing city

Pro: Lovely apartment in the heart of an amazing city - incredible location and can just see the bell tower from the windows! Very comfortable with good facilities and kitchenette.

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence

Pro: Fantastic location, so close to everything. Host was lovely and met us so that we could leave our luggage before check in.

Pro: It was an excellent accommodation. Very clean and very comfortable, good location and it had all facilities that we needed.

Pro: It seems impossible to find an apartment more central, unless you live in a cathedral. Very clean, beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. A very pleasant host.

Pro: The apartment is in a very good location and is clean and well-equipped. The host is nice and responsive, making communication easy.

Contro: However, be aware that there might be some noise at night from people walking by, which happened almost every night but didn’t last long. Additionally, guests need to climb to the third floor via narrow stairs, so those with large suitcases should consider this. The laundry machine is available, but remember to bring or purchase detergent yourself.

Pro: Gabriela is a very helpful host, the newly renovated appartment is situated on the third floor of a house, in the very heart of the city center. We have just reached everything, including museums, shops, bars within a couple of minutes. Firenze itself is unique, has beautiful bildings, a special atmosphere. The crowded streets are clean. We just loved this city. We are going to come back definately once more.
