Dome la casa di Franci

Pro: Mi è piaciuto tutto di questo appartamento, arredato con un gusto che oltre a renderlo comodo lo ha molto valorizzato. Molta attenzione alla pulizia. Ottima posizione. Molto presenti Andrea e Francesco. Andrea ci ha offerto la possibilità di accedere all'appartamneto con anticipo rispetto agli accordi in una giornata di meteo decisamente avverso. Francesco ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo con grande cordialità e preziosi consigli.

Contro: Essendo al terzo piano ci sono diverse rampe di scale per raggiungerlo. Eravamo state informate e comunque abbiamo accettato la sfida e ne è valsa la pena.

Pro: Posizione fantastica, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento pulito e confortevole.

Contro: Piccolo consiglio: si dovrebbero montare delle mensole porta shampo nei box doccia. Per il resto tutto ok.

Contro: Not much at all. Being on the third floor, there were several stairs, but easily manageable.

Pro: Everything was amazing. The host Alberto was beautiful and we had the most genuine welcome, and even though we were running later than expected, he was happy to accomodate, which made the stress of travelling so much easier. Probably the most beautiful host we have come across. Upon arriving, he took us through the whole apartment, explaining everything so we were left with no questions. the location was perfect and super close to the Duomo, and the rooms were well equipped and spacious. The apartment had all that you needed and was super tidy too. Even though we had to climb quite a few stairs to the apartment (which Europe conditions you for anyway), the space is such a nice and quiet abode to finish your day of exploring in. We really enjoyed our stay, and when we travel to Florence, we will be sure to book again.

Contro: We’re only sad that we had to leave

The appartment is well equipped. All the communication was nice and fast.

Gem of an apartment

Pro: Fabulous location in the heart of the city. Really comfortable apartment. Well equipped and clean. Francesco was very helpful. Air con a must!

Contro: Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs but well worth it for the views of the roof tops and sunlight!!!

A clean and well maintained apartment with wonderful hosts.

Pro: The location was perfect and near just about everything including 5 restaurants and gelato on the same street. Because it was not a main road, you were very close to everything but without the crowds. Francesco was excellent about communicating about when to meet to collect the keys. He was kind enough to carry our luggage upstairs and to recommend local restaurants. Just wish we had more time.

Contro: The were a lot of stairs. We understand the age of the building and it’s not possible to put in an elevator in many of the old buildings …part of the charm of Florence.
