Pro: Spacious with excellent facilities. Location very close to everything.

Contro: Be prepared to walk the suitcases to the top but not a reason to book if you are capable.

Pro: The washing machine with dryer. That is a big help.

Contro: it shown in the booking that it has a veranda, but apparently there is none. When we ask Elizabeth about it, she said that there is only one unit that has veranda and it was already taken. She said that we are not the only one who complained, that most of the guest made mistake that base on the booking site, most of the quest if not all, thought that it has a veranda. Well, over all it is good it could have just been better. Sorry, I am very particular about this because this is the number one reason , I choose this apartment.

Right in the heart of Florence, everything was within walking distance.

Pro: the host met us and helped us with our bags. Very easy to communicate with.

Contro: That it was on the top floor (level 9) and there was no lift.

Pro: location and views are amazing! you literally next to the dome and have view of all Florence from your private balcony. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. there is no lift so be ready for some leg workout to reach your apartment but it is worth it.

Contro: nothing to do with apartment. we were there end of the May and Florence was already crazy busy.

Fantastic stay in Florence

Pro: The decor, the rooftop and views, very central location, near a supermarket and all major attractions. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed.Washine machine is also a dryer, which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Contro: Water pressure in shower was very low, but a minor issue

I would stay again as a lovely place in excellent location and felt safe at all times in the area. Excellent facilities

Pro: Location to all tourist attractions is excellent. Apartment is roomy & comfortable for European travel sizes. Decor is tasteful. The living room & bedroom have afternoon sunshine which we enjoyed & have aircon & heating if required with good privacy with curtaining etc. We opened the windows often and very private. Bathroom has under floor heating and proper shower & a bidet. The balcony is a bonus with a spectacular view of Florence’s Duomo and rooftops. We enjoyed breakfast up there and evening drinks on the nice weather days. Kitchen is satisfactory for small meal preparation. The washing machine combo dryer were in perfect working order. Church bells are sounded daily and can hear these from the apartment. Restaurants & cafes also mini mart all within 1 -2 minute walk! We used the tram and train facilities to /from Florence and walked from these to the apartment.

Contro: There is no lift/escalator. Around 80 stairs up to the apartment. Our host took our luggage up on arrival which was well received. Each day after walking throughout the city and museums etc ( we did over 10km walking each day) you have to climb the stairs up to your home!

Great location and even better host and service.

Pro: The bedrooms were clean and the location was very close to much of what we wanted to do and within 15 min walking from the train station with our luggage. Walking up the four flights can be challenging after a long day but we felt very safe. The host and his team were very fast to respond and help us with everything.

Pro: Beste Lage, nette zuvorkommende Gastgeber, sehr schöne Wohnung.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect location for a Florence Visit

Pro: Great location, beautiful and clean apartment. Everything as exactly as advertised. Host was very friendly and accommodating. So close to so many epic buildings.

Contro: The stairs were rough, but I knew about that going in.

Stunning rooftop views in the heart of Florence

Pro: This is a charming apartment with absolutely breathtaking views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio from the rooftop terrace. It was so lovely to have breakfast or nighttime drinks from the terrace. As for the rest of the apartment, everything was super clean and comfortable. There is also a washing machine which was handy. The apartment is located very centrally — all the major sights and museums are just a short walk away. Lastly, while this was not a problem for us, one should note that there are quite a few flights of stairs up to the apartment. (How else would you get such a nice view? 😁) Again, this was not an issue for me or my girlfriend, but we are young and relatively in-shape people. If you have limited mobility or tons of heavy luggage I would carefully consider if this apartment is the best fit for you.
