Pro: A due passi dal centro ma in zona residenziale tranquilla e pulita ,molti locali nei paraggi

Contro: Per chi arriva in macchina ,come me ,si prepari a sborsare una cifra esagerata per il parcheggio ;se alloggi qualche giorno ,ti costa di piu'il parcheggio dell alloggio stesso ,non invoglia certo i turisti a visitare Firenze .

Esperienza molto positiva

Pro: Appartamento pulito,con tutto ciò che serve,zona vicino al centro ma non trafficata, c'è anche il balconcino con sedie e tavolino. Abbiamo dormito benissimo,il materasso è molto comodo . Ringraziamo le ragazze dello Staff che sono state sempre molto premurose e gentili. Consigliatissimo.

Vacanzina

Pro: Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutti i comfort e personale eccezionale. I punti di maggior interesse sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi (max. 30 minuti).. Noi abbiamo raggiunto la città in auto e abbiamo parcheggiato in località Galluzzo (non a pagamento) in prossimità della fermata del 36/37 che in circa dieci minuti porta vicino all'appartamento (tre minuti a piedi). Pro: Appartamento super pulito in ottima posizione a Firenze. Il personale molto gentile, disponibile e paziente. Tutto perfetto!

Pro: Ottimo monolocale molto spazioso. Bagno enorme con tutti i servizi. Posizione buona...circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale.

Pro: Esperienza eccellente! Camera accogliente, ottima pulizia, letto comodo. Pur essendo una struttura nuova presentava tutti i servizi necessari. L’appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, ben servita e vicina alle principali attrazioni e visite che la città offre. Esperienza positiva anche con l’host, che si è reso molto disponibile e che ha fornito una chiara spiegazione delle modalità di check in e check out.

Nice price. Nice quality

Pro: A very spacious place where you can move freely. For such a modest price, it has absolutely everything you might need (for example, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and all the essentials for both the kitchen and the bathroom). The location is very convenient: the area is quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, yet it’s quite close to the center and all the main sights (about a 15–20 minute walk). There is also a Carrefour Express supermarket just five minutes away, where you can find everything you need. The only things to keep in mind are to plug in the special device that keeps mosquitoes away (yes, they’ve thought of that too) and not to turn on all electrical appliances at the same time (otherwise the power switches off). But the staff provides clear instructions on how to easily fix this during check-in. The hotel staff is very nice. If I visit Florence again, I will gladly stay here once more.

Clean, comfortable, in a charming neighbourhood

Pro: The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen, good wifi, a very pleasant neighbourhood with some fabulous family restaurants nearby and town within walking distance. There was a lift for those who may have mobility challenges. We collected the keys at Hotel Montreal in the centre then took a taxi to the accommodation.

Contro: Florence is chancy for taxis and transport, so collecting the keys with heavy luggage makes walking to the property a hassle. Hotel Montreal called a taxi for us - build transport costs into your budget; it was about 15 euros to get from the key collection to the accommodation. On the day of our departure there were no taxis to be had so we walked to the centre with our luggage to catch our train. While the accommodation and neighbourhood were lovely, the transportation issue made me think next time in Florence I would book something in the centre near the station - it's just easier!

Pro: Was great to escape the hustle and the crowds, and yet to be able to walk to the center in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful quiet street protected from the heat by tall platan trees, humble yet functional studio equipped with all the essentials; nice little balcony to enjoy the piece and quiet - we couldn't wish for a better place or location. It's run by the hotel Montreal that is 5 min walk from the main station (and you collect the keys there); the girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful , and WhatsApp communication before and during the stay was great.

A gem

Pro: The apartment is very nice in a quiet, nice area. Spacious for three people too. The balcony would've been a plus if we hadn't stayed in winter. Check in was easy, very friendly people. The distances to the main attractions are all walkable. All in all, a perfect little place.
