Art Gallery Apartment in Florence

Really enjoyable, will definitely be back!

Pro: The location was excellent and short distance from the centre of Florence. The apartment was tidy with plenty of amenities. Could not fault it.

Contro: There was nothing we could find faults with.

Pro: It was Nice and clean, the sofa could be turned into a bed, all of us enjoyed evrything, it was Nice and clean and really dont understand the bad ratings from earlier customers, it all was Nice:)

Even though there were some minor problems, we definitely recommend the place!

Pro: The location was perfect - 20 minute walk and you're in the center. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with all the amenities you might need.

Contro: The AC/heating didn't work properly - at first we couldn't even turn it on, and later after we finally succeeded after many tries and heard that it's working, we couldn't feel the heat at all, so it was a little bit chilly during the night. Especially because all the windows at the whole apartment let only a little bit of sunlight inside. Basically it looks much brighter on the photos than in real life, but it's not that big of a problem. If you're travelling with more than 2 people, beware that the couch in the living room is VERY uncomfortable and unstable. There was also a problem with the WiFi and TV - we could connect our phones to the WiFi with no problem, but the TV kept disconneting.

Pro: Nice apartment with a small yard/patio. I felt we were in Florence... the apartment has soul :)

Contro: Could have been a little bit cleaner.

Pro: очень красивые и чстые апартаменты! отличная мебель, все удобства продуманы, хорошая локация. везде 15 мин пешком, тихая улица! одновременно удобно дойти на вокзал, в центр, к основным достопримечательностям! в апартах тепло, хорошая техника, терраска обустроена во внуреннем дворе, окно в пол с выходом к столику, очень удобно, но зимой не особо применимо. Снаружи у входа есть камеры для безопасности, что супер, потому что по факту апарты находятся на земле и рядом есть еще одна дверь в какое то помещение, наверное, подсобное. Очень отзывчивая команда, помогла разрешить проблемы со светом.

Contro: в окрестностях находится парк, где постоянно находятся бездомные и живут свою жизнь. в темное время суток это особенно не выглядит безопасным. В апартах выбивает свет и для того, чтобы включить его снова есть 3 щитка. центральный из них на улице и закрыт, пришлось ухищряться, чтобы понять как его открыть. Было бы здорово команде арендадателя предусмотреть нормальный ключ и какую то инструкцию :) Напротив террасы, во внутреннем дворе, хранятся какие то вещи, создает впечатление беспорядка.

Pro: Es war sehr schön dekoriert und ausgestattet, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

A positive experience.i would recommend this place

Pro: Great location. Easy access to a bus stop. Loads of good restaurants nearby. Serious gift shopping 10 minute walk. Groceries 5 minutes away. Real neighborhood feel rather than loads of tourists.

Contro: For an extended stay, no cleaning services included.

Convenient and comfort, will reserve again the next time I’m in town.

Pro: Location, away from the noise and still walking distance from the places of interest

Pro: The apartment was incredibly clean and in a quiet location. Everything is walkable distance to main Firenze sights, supermarket and many local highly recommended restaurants. The air conditioning was amazingly good and cold on some very hot days. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. The bed was a bit stiff but not so bad really.
