Bright House with terrace in Santa Croce

Posto super carino ed accogliente!

Pro: La casa è molto accogliente ed è collocata in un quartiere molto carino e comodo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Firenze; accanto c'è anche un bar/pasticceria carinissimo dove fare colazione! Il check in è stato molto Easy e la persona con cui ho comunicato è stata molto gentile. Qualora dovessi ricapitare a Firenze risceglierei senza dubbio questo posto!

Contro: Avrei fatto trovare agli ospiti dell' acqua e almeno del caffè...io ho sempre trovato almeno queste due cose essenziali nei molti appartamenti dove ho soggiornato. Inoltre metterei a disposizione anche delle pastiglie per lavastoviglie, dello scottex e delle tovagliette per il tavolo più pulite oppure una tovaglia.

Bella e spaziosa struttura.

Pro: La cura con cui il proprietario ha arredato l'appartamento. Gli spazzi erano ben arredati..

Good base for Florence

Pro: THe host, Jaki, waited for us at the door, and was very helpful to show us the property. The property itself is located a short walk away (15 minutes) from the Duomo. This proximity to the city center is the true attraction of this property. It is fully outfitted (kitchens, washing machine, etc) It has a large terrace which is useful if you wanted to chill outdoors. Size wise, it comfortably fits the 3 of us. The washing machine was a big plus! We stayed 3 nights so we definitely used it.

Contro: The power went out due to the circuit breaker tripping. Not too sure what caused it. However, the host was contactable, and very kindly guided us to the process of resetting the breaker.

Excellent location and nice apartment.

Pro: The location was great...centrally located but not within the throng of tourists. Easy to walk around Florence and return to a bit of peace and quiet.

Contro: The apartment was nice and clean and fully equipped. There was air conditioning in the living room (where there is a sofa bed) but not in the main bedroom. There is a ceiling fan, but you cannot control the speed of the fan and it was only on full speed and that was too much. A small detail that can be fixed.

You can esxperience real frolence life in this property

Pro: It's located just behind The Sant'Ambrogio market. Sara, maneger of this property, was very kind, anything we asked her, she try her best to solve it. Also the apartment owner Robert came to the apartment to fix some trouble. We could really enjoy to stay this apartment and Firenze very very well.

Contro: There were some small trouble had happned, yet all problem was finally solved by above 2 person. So there is no any trouble.

Pro: Wonderful quite apartment with terrace.Easy self check-in. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

Pro: Easy self check-inn. Fully equipped kitchen. Not far away from city center. Good wi-fi. Air conditioning in living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom. We loved terrace. We stayed for one week and were satisfied. Great communication with host Beatrice.

Contro: Nothing significant. Mosquitoes. No microwave, but we used oven instead. Maybe a little old-fashioned, but for us it was not a problem.

Pro: Wonderful location, lots of light, Tasteful decor, Nice terrace

Spacious flat full of character, beautiful and peaceful.

Pro: A lot of character, extremely comfortable and clean. The bed was amazing and the walk in wardrobe behind was an added bonus.

Contro: Loved the place but all I would say was the paint needs redoing, the paint was slightly cracked old. Loved this place but if the rooms were repainted it would feel very clean and fresh

Pro: Lovely accommodation Had everything you need for a vacation

Contro: We were asked to remove all bedding, sheets and pillows before we left. And all garbage had to be removed for the apartment. You have to look for garbage disposal in the street
