Very quiet and comfortable place to stay with a great location

Pro: This is a wonderful place to stay in a great location. It is an exceptionally quiet apartment with two floors, with everything you need. It has two bathrooms with well functioning showers, both were very clean. The kitchen has all you need, even if I would have liked to see some tea mugs and bowls (e.g. for yogurt), but these are minor details. It is really a cosy place, with quite a nice living room and a terrace that must be really nice in the spring and summer. But the main attraction is its quiet location in the middle of the city quite near all main cultural highlights in the city. And what highlights these are!

Pro: The location was excellent, properly felt very secure and was exceptionally clean . Good supply of toiletries, towels etc

Contro: Perfect size for 3 friends , we didn’t use outside facilities as it was a little chilly time we finished exploring Florence .

Great apartment, quieter area of Florence but easy walk to the centre and other attractions

Pro: Great apartment with everything you require in a quieter area of Florence. Easy to walk into the centre of Florence and nice to escape the crowds of tourists.

Contro: Nothing not to like

Pro: Everything exactly like shown on the pics. Super nice host and very fast response in case of questions. Central but super calm location.

Pro: Really lovely house, very clean and comfortable, well stocked and house is responsive.

Pro: Great appartment with absolutely everything provided, wonderful beds and and air conditioning in every room which is seriously needed for summer. Flavio our host was extremely helpful all through our stay including assistance with a medical problem. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Pro: Absolutely fantastic! Central location, spacious, clean and modern. Everything in working order and well looked after. The beds are super comfortable. Nice to have a TV in the living room and even bedroom. The host (Flavio) is a pleasure to deal with. Timely communication and genuine interest in making sure you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

A lovely 4 day stay in Florence

Pro: Safe, 2 bathrooms, several smart televisions, electric shutters to keep rooms cool as well as AC. Dishwasher and dishwasher tablets provided. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the centre. Fabio is very friendly and very helpful.

Contro: Towels need to be changed after 3 days. More tea towels and small hand towels in the kitchen needed, one is not enough!

Perfect location and very nice host.

Pro: Very nice house with a small living at the ground floor and one and a half bedroom upstairs. Very good for a family with 2 kids. It is close to the center, 10-15 min walk.

Pro: The property was lovely, well equipped and very quiet, the art work was wonderful. We really enjoyed the small outside area for having breakfast. The apartment was extremely clean. The location was just perfect and in easy reach of the centre. Flávio was so very helpful which everything.
