Un tuffo nel passato
Pro: Posizione in centro a poco minuti da Uffizi, Ponte vecchio, duomo. Di fronte a S. Croce. Assistenza ottima. L'ambiente si trova in un antico caseggiato, ottimo per chi vuole vivere un esperienza legata al passato. Travi a vista. Attenzione a chi supera i 2,85 mt di altezza. Il bagno é basso. Le scale essendo un edificio antico richiedono un po' di forza per portare i bagagli. Se siete anziani o disabili serve un aiuto. Vale la pena vivere questa esperienza.

Firenze “dannatamente” meravigliosa!
Pro: Posizione silenziosa e appartamento piacevole in antica struttura.
Contro: Letto matrimoniale senza comodini e con solo una lampada ad una estremità. C’è una presa elettrica distante dal letto e materasso che più sottile è difficile trovarlo. In cucina solo due prese elettriche distanti. TV per seguire semplicemente il telegiornale non è possibile (manca l’antenna). Bagno con lavandino comodo solo per bambini (bassi) e doccia per utilizzatori non più alti di 1 metro e 60. L’asciuga capelli non è utilizzabile in bagno mancando la presa elettrica giusta. Forse in una cucina sarebbe utile avere degli strofinacci…..

Great studio close to everything.
Pro: Perfect location, lovely studio- would def stay again.
Contro: The AC was temperamental and wouldn’t stay on for more than 20 seconds on the final night so it was a long , hot noisy night. Maybe put clearer instructions for use in the room?

Not top but it’s a good place to stay for couples with a nit of noise resistance
Pro: - location is very good, close to almost everything you need by walk - plenty of nice places nearby to eat and drink - style of the apartment is kind of unique - clean sheets, towel, iron, kitchen enough prepared for a couple - the bathroom was build in some sort of old cellar and had a unique charm - washing machine, heating, fridge, all kind of cutleries
Contro: - the bed ain’t the most comfortable and i think I left a bit with a back pain (if you are ok with it, won’t have an issue) - location is very noisy during weekends and the window aren’t isolating at all (again… if you can fall asleep with loud music until 3AM won’t be an issue)… perhaps some isolation and some windows would help with this issue - would worth to invest in some flip-flops as on the floor is some sort of bricks aspect (quite cleanish altho… but for sensitive ppl some flip flops won’t be a huge investment but rather a decent utility) - i hated the fact that I had to carry the garbage … It’s Florence… not Zermatt on the middle of the mountains in the middle of the mountains - price quite spicy and could afford a bit more love to worth the value

Pro: Apartment was better than in the pictures, great size and located in a very central area of Florence.
Contro: Can be quite noisy at night due to being on a square with lots of tourists walking by. This was only a minor issue though.

Pro: Everything was nearby, The place was clean and had everything you could need
Contro: There is a small window next to the main one, and it has an air vent, it has no way of closing and this makes you hear most of the noise from the street

Spacious apartment in great location
Pro: Walking distance to all main attractions but a little outside of the main touristy centre. Lots of good restaurant options within few minutes for the evening. Apartment was comfortable although felt a little sparse - original features of the building were quite cool! Access was easy and although we didn’t see the hosts, communication was good.
Contro: Some complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated, especially for short stays
