Pro: La posizione è perfetta, direttamente in centro, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento era appena stato rinnovato, era tutto praticamente nuovo! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha lasciato posticipare il check out per lasciarci terminare il nostro evento.

Contro: non c'è l'ascensore, tre piani di scale da fare ;) la mokka non funzionava sulla piastra ad induzione, per il resto l'appartamento era fornitissimo di tutto

A beautifully renovated apartment in a perfect location — highly recommended!

Pro: The apartment is located right next to the Basilica of Santa Croce, and it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. The area is very lively and full of life. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils. Although the building is old, the interior is fully renovated, clean, and fresh. The bathroom is bright and pleasant. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Contro: It’s not really a downside, but something to be aware of: the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. For those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, this might be a bit challenging — but in our opinion, the excellent location more than makes up for it.

Contro: Only one negative is that apartment is in the top of the bulding without lift, so when you plan to have pram etc. maybe prefer something else. (But we had no problem with that - cardio 😉)

Pro: Great location and great appartment. Would recommend!

Cozy apartment right in the center of Florence

Pro: Keep an eye on the chat, as there will be a message about how and where to pay the city tax. Otherwise, there might be some issues. But everything else was great! The host helped us find parking, explained in detail how to access the apartment, and was very pleasant.

Pro: Everything is fine except for a few details. The location.

Contro: A narrow kitchen. You have to climb high without an elevator. It will be a problem for people with luggage.

Absolutely charming apartment!

Pro: This apartment in the old center has become an important part of our magical staying in Florence. Very clean. Helpful hostess. Comfortable bed. We slept very well. There is a nice view from the windows over the rooftops. There is everything you need to cook. There are uthentic details in the interior design. Great, conveniently walkable location to iconic attractions of Florence. There are a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Contro: There were no downsides for us.

Pro: L’emplacement permet de tout faire a pieds. Le logement a été restauré avec goût.

Contro: Les échanges avec le prestataire sont impersonnels (nous vous rappelons de partir avant 10h ou une capture d’écran pour rappel que les infos seront données le jour même a 14h...Un bonjour devait être une option). 2 nuits bruyantes jusqu1h du matin la troisième très calme donc assez bizarre.

Wonderful Location, and Very spacious with a great bed. Would stay again!

Pro: Loved Staying here, the location was great and central to walk all around Florence. The shower was hot, and good pressure and the bed was comfy! Would stay again!
