Florentine Gem Apartment

We loved staying here and if ever had the chance would return.

Pro: Great location, nice, clean, spacious apartment with some nice artwork. Hosts were very responsive, great communication regarding check in and provided good information about the local area.

Contro: The ceiling upstairs in the kitchen is quite low so for taller people this is something to consider. I was fine :) but taller travel friends had to remember to duck.

Pro: Had a super time in Florence Location perfect ,everything on your doorstep. Checked out local markets well worth seeing . And our research regarding restaurants & favourite coffee houses payed off particularly the ones in piazza Republica if you want old time glamour for a little extra euros .. Enjoyed

Contro: The apartment was lovely but did need some TLC would have been nice to have a couple of welcoming Touch's as the apartment is not cheap Also remember all recommendations for Vivoli .sandwich etc . Are all in travel books so are deluged & Finally as it's an old building a lot of steps ,, our greet& meet Marco help take our luggage up to apartment but remember what goes up must come down My friend & I are nearly 70 so was a struggle bringing cases down

Wonderful base for our 8 night stay in Florence.

Pro: Charming and spacious apartment only a few steps from Piazza Di Santa Croce.

Contro: Many stairs to access the apartment which was ok for us, but not for elderly or families with young children.

Definitely a gem!

Pro: The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. When we booked, there were no reviews as it was very new, so we took a gamble and it paid off. We all absolutely loved it!! The styling, the facilities, the location - everything was great!! Communication with owner etc was all great. Absolutely recommend and would love to come back.

Contro: The only thing that people should be wary of is the stairs. Very steep, stairs up 3 levels. Not a problem for us, but something to note for future travellers.

We loved the apartment! Perfect place for us.

Pro: Perfect for an extended stay. Really enjoyed the private bedrooms both of which were well furnished and very comfortable as well as the well stocked and spacious kitchen.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Niczego mi nie brakowało.

Pro: Mieszkanie jest ładne i zadbane. Wszystko, o czym była mowa w ofercie, było na miejscu. Ładny widok z kuchennego okna.

Contro: Kłopotliwe mogą okazać się schody - jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem.

Local limpo, amplo, organizado e com anfitrião (Cesare) muito educado.

Pro: O apartamento é muito bonito, limpo e amplo. A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo!! O Cesare é um anfitrião fantástico. Nos ajudou identificando pontos importantes para visitar na cidade e locais que deveríamos evitar. Inclusive forneceu um mapa com todas as anotações. Parabéns pela atenção e qualidade no atendimento (não muito comum nos europeus).

Contro: A escada de acesso ao apartamento carece de limpeza, além de ser apertada e íngreme (esses dois últimos não há nada que os anfitriões possam fazer). Então se estiver com muitas malas ou dificuldade de locomoção, fique atento.

Pro: Prima plek om van daaruit de stad te bezoeken. Airco werkte goed, dus fijn om af te kunnen na de warmte in de stad.

Pro: Excellent location. Clean and roomy. Beds are comfortable.

Contro: There are many steps to get to the apartment. If you have mobility, knew/hip issues or if you have lots of luggage, avoid this property. Otherwise it was lovely.
