Pro: La posizione davvero ottima. Il check in super curato fatto da una persona molto gentile e premurosa. C'è di tutto per un soggiorno spensierato.

Contro: Alcuni dettagli e rifiniture dell'ambiente sono migliorabili

Pro: Gregorio è stato molto disponibile, pronto ad assecondare le nostre richieste e a darci consiglio. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, silenzioso, perfetto per due persone e per visitare il centro di Firenze

Pro: Gregorio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile dando tantissime indicazioni per un ottimo soggiorno, per non parlare della posizione della casa ( dietro Piazza del Duomo). Casa accogliente con tutto ciò che serve. Ci ritorneremo presto!

Fantastico

Pro: Struttura situata in centro e con massimo 15 minuti di camminata si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali. Comodissima e perfetta per soggiorni di breve o lunga durata.

Contro: niente

Excellent value at the heart of Florence!

Pro: The location —right behind the cathedral— is ideal to explore Florence. Gregorio is a perfect host who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Heating and hot water worked perfectly; there is high-speed internet and a washing machine. Given the location, this is excellent value. I will come back.

Great studio flat close to centre of town

Pro: Very central in an authentic historic block with everything one needs for a short stay. Gregorio was attentive and welcomed us to his flat.

Contro: Stairs to third floor were a bit steep but we’re 70+ and managed them ok.

Perfect location to stay and enjoy Florence

Pro: Location was amazing ,it had everything we needed and grateful to use the washing machine Very roomy, super clean and well presented. Lovely hosts,so nice

Contro: The bed was quite small for the 2 of us, although comfortable mattress and good linen

A GREAT FLORENCE EXPERIENCE

Pro: Perfect location right in the centre of the city. Within 10 to 15 min walk to most points of interest. The host was brilliant and most welcoming in accommodating our late check in. Also his suggestion of local restaurants and cafes was excellent. A very comfortable and homely stay (A washing machine was an absolute bonus)

Really convenient location at a reasonable price.

Pro: Location. Washing Machine. Air-conditioning. Cleanliness. Quiet.

Contro: Not much for the price.

Pro: I'll keep specifics of the location private, but it is a quiet apartment that is handy for visiting all the main sights in Florence by foot. There are restaurants nearby or also supermarkets which is useful even if you don't cook food. The host was brilliant, having firstly arranged meeting location and time by WhatsApp, when we met was shown on a map good places to visit and also provided bottle of water, toiletries and other sundry items. Cannot fault the host hospitality at all.

Contro: It was fine for me, but I should point out that to get to the apartment is up staircase style steps and there is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me, but would be for a visitor who couldn't climb stairs.
