Duomo Classic Apartment

Sicuramente la prossima volta che alloggeremo a Firenze torneremo in questo meraviglioso appartamento.

Pro: Tutto. Appartamento pulitissimo,spazioso ed impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: molto silenzioso nonostante in pieno centro. A due passi dal Duomo, davvero centralissimo e comodo per poter raggiungere velocemente i vari punti della Città. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort: ben 2 bagni e 2 camere spaziose, e’ evidente la recente ristrutturazione. Non da ultimo darei un dieci e lode all’eccezionale Signor Daniele super gentile e disponibile.

Strategico!

Pro: L'appartamento, dotato di tantissimi comfort e molto pulito, si colloca in posizione strategica, veramente a poche centinaia di metri dal Duomo e dunque consente di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi anche tante altre meraviglie artistiche fiorentine. Daniele, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo (ci ha fornito indicazioni e una mappa contrassegnata con alcuni luoghi artistici da visitare, per agevolare il nostro orientamento rispetto al reticolo viario cittadino), superpuntuale sia al check-in che al check-out (per noi fondamentale visto che eravamo vincolati dagli orari dei treni che avevamo prenotato prima per raggiungere Firenze e poi per lasciarla, alla fine del soggiorno). Insomma, siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Due giorni davvero divertenti con la nipotina e con una Firenze da incorniciare.

Pro: Posizione formidabile. Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole anche per soggiorni più lunghi e con più persone.

Contro: Una migliore insonorizzazione degli infissi esterni.

An amazing experience to have stayed in a heritage apartment..

Pro: Very clean and well equipped for the kitchen. It is rare for us to stay in a 350 year old building, and inside the apartment, it is well furnished. Very central to all places of interest. shopping & restaurants. The host Daniele is very helpful.

Contro: Nothing.

Beautiful and clean accommodation in the very center of Florence

Pro: Clean, comfortable, and stylish accommodation in the very center of the city. A large, comfortable apartment with all amenities, a beautiful bathroom, soft beds, and a new equipped kitchen. The owner welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The classic old Florentine house had a beautiful atmosphere. There is an excellent pizzeria just 1 minute away, a large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and the center of Santa Maria Del Fiore is only a 3-minute walk away. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the center of Florence and experience the atmosphere of a classic Florentine house.

Great place to stay and enjoy Florence - highly recommend to families or small group of friends

Pro: A great place to stay, gorgeous apartment, so well located, we walked everywhere. Highly recommended.

Contro: The one and only downfall are the steps to get to the apartment... not for people with walking or breathing difficulties and not easy to get luggage up the stairs ... however we managed ! (2nd floor apartment in a very old building)

Pro: The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore Florence peacefully. The bedrooms are situated at the back, allowing for a good night’s sleep despite any potential noise from the street. The welcome was perfect—our host was waiting for us to hand over the keys. There were several thoughtful touches in the apartment, such as still water, a bottle of wine, and overall, the place was very clean, including the bedrooms. The only very small downside was the noise due to the age of the building, which is over 305 years old, but it didn’t affect our ability to enjoy a wonderful stay with the family. Thank you again for everything.

Central location, comfortable, clean and wonderful host.

Pro: The apartment is in a super-central location, easy walking distance to everything. Daniele our host was extremely helpful: from meeting us on arrival, explaining apartment features, helped carry our bags up two flights, shared restaurant advice and recommendations, suggested nearby car parks, and helped us with bags when we checked out. Small but convenient kitchen with everything you need. Nearby supermarket to buy breakfast needs. Two toilets and one main bathroom. Washing machine for smalls and light wash only. Don’t plan to do a mid-trip mega wash.TV has Chromecast which was great for those who want some chillax time after long days walking Florence.

Contro: Everything is great just be warned if you have heavy luggage or anyone with mobility challenges you have two large fights of old stairs to negotiate - this is a 300+ year old building. No lift.

Pro: Location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. Host Daniele was very kind and helped with check-in, the property is very tastefully decorated.
