Contro: Haime - solo le scale terzi piano - ma ci era già stato e vale la pena visto lo spazio

Pro: Perfect for exploring the city. The kitchen has everything one might need during a short stay. Clean towels and bedding. Host was very friendly and responsive. Functional air conditioning.

Contro: Dish washer needed some convincing to work, but we managed. A washing machine would have been really great!

Location can't be beat!

Pro: The location is the real gem here. Steps away from the duomo, 15 minute walk from the train station, and countless bars and restaurants in every direction right outside your door step. The apartment met all our needs. Beds were comfortable, the space was very clean, and self check in was very easy and convenient.

Contro: More Toilet paper would be nice, we ran out. Maybe a roll of paper towels or even a small kitchen towel for drying dishes and hands, and there is not enough drinking glasses. Also a huge inconvenience is that they require a cash payment no Credit cards accepted. This means you have to hunt down an ATM or go to a designated western union type location to make your payment before checking out.

Pro: Host was very helpful, apartment clean and had all amenities

Contro: It is at the 3rd floor with no lift

Pro: Really convenient location. Access to shops and tourist spot. Beds are ok. Water is hot. Towels are clean.

Contro: Didn't bother me about the stairs but can be an issue for some.

The apartment owner was very friendly and cooperative for any requests made

Pro: Just five minutes' walk from the Duomo. Excellent family run osteria Zio Gigi just around the corner. A spacious, smartly decorated apartment where we could really feel at home during our stay in Florence. Very good value for money.

Contro: On the third floor with steep stairs. No problem for us but it might not suit older travellers or people with heavy luggage. Currently the host only takes cash payment, and this involved finding a corner shop a short walk from the apartment to carry out the transaction. A minor inconvenience more than made up for by the comfort and convenience of the apartment.
