Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento nel cuore di Firenze ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta! La posizione è impareggiabile: in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dal Duomo e dalle principali attrazioni. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio: elegante e arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari (e anche di più!). Pulizia impeccabile, spazi ampi e accoglienti, letto comodissimo e cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Un soggiorno da 10 e lode!

Ottimo soggiorno vicino al centro
Pro: Ottima posizione dell’alloggio, all’interno è come mostrato nelle foto. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili.
Contro: L’alloggio si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, cosa da considerare nel caso vi siano bambini piccoli. Inoltre il divano letto non era comodissimo

Contro: The boiler is very loud and needs to be turned on before showering

Fantastic location for Firenze
Pro: Location, cleanliness. Size of apartment was right and according to the pictures in the website. Great property!
Contro: Building has no lift and apartment is in the third floor. A bit tough for first and last days if you have some and heavy suitcases. Cutlery and pottery a bit scant.

Incredible location, in the heart of Firenze!
Pro: Incredible location, under 1km from SMN train station and close to SMN Church. Walking distance to multiple piazza’s, and many galleries. Walking distance to Piazzale Michelangelo. Stylish, modern apartment with excellent amenities. Super clean with great air conditioning.
Contro: No lift and 5 flights of stairs with heavy luggage and a friend who had a broken ankle and was on crutches was not ideal. Really really poor wifi, terrible connection no matter where you are in the house, can hardly stream social media videos let alone a movie on a streaming service. Stairs to second bedroom, really narrow and dangerous. Do not book this accomodation if you are elderly and not independent with ambulation. Guests have to dispose of their own rubbish into outside bins which are not that close and quite annoying if you’ve got an early commute when checking out. Beds are two smaller, pushed together and constantly seperate throughout the night creating a gap. Cannot shower in the upstairs bathroom if someone is using the shower downstairs - no water pressure or heat.

This property was in a perfect spot. Only walking distance away from all the best restaurant & sites
Pro: The property offers a sense of luxury amongst the historical vibe of Florence city. The luxurious vibe follows through from the entrance of the hallway to the entrance into the apartment. The apartment was equipped with almost everything we could have required.
Contro: The water boiler had a few technical issues which meant we had to have ice cold showers a few times. Having said that the host was very prompt in having the issue resolved whenever they could. They even had a technician come out and fix the issue for us! :)
