Charming apartment in the best location!

Pro: Beautiful apartment in amazing location with ample facilities for our family of five. Warm central heating during winter months. Clear check in instructions. Note that it is located on 4th floor so there are only stairs up. There is also a slight damp smell in the stairwell which may bother people. And potentially the heater / boiler runs automatically through the night can be loud through walls. We just want to flag these items in case but overall we had a great stay.

Absolutely magical, we loved every detail in the apartment

Pro: Location was great, close to everything. The apartment was cozy, warm and comfortable

Contro: There was no cleaning products to keep the place tidy.

The location is very good, right next to the Accademia Gallery.

Pro: 1. The apartment is very large, with 1 balcony, 1 living room, 1 dining room, and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen utensils are very complete and clean. 2. The landlord also provided necessary information to guide nearby supermarkets and restaurants, as there are many shopping and dining options nearby.

Contro: The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Pro: Lovely and so central. Air conditioning a huge benefit as was very warm when we were there.

Pro: The location is absolutely fantastic. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well maintained.

Contro: The remote access to open the front door on check-in did not work. There was some technical problem with the website that could be improved upon in the future. The property owners responded immediately to my call and remotely opened the door for us.

Lovely Apartment Perfectly placed

Pro: Lovely, fresh looking, clean apartment. Kitchen equipped with all you need. Large lounge with corner sofa, desk, TV, wall units. Rooftop area off the lounge, with table n chairs. 2 single beds in one room. Large Double bed n 1 single bed in another bedroom. Fold out double bed in lounge area. Bathroom, with shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Long narrow room with lighting in each area. Lovely quirky features. Just a short walk from the Duomo, perfectly placed at a very reasonable cost. Loved it and would definitely stay again. December trip and needed the heating which worked well. Easy access with codes for the keys. Thank you for our stay, it was great.

Contro: Only comment would be, we needed 4 single beds and on booking there was nowhere to mention it. There were more beds than we needed, so all good. It is at the top of the block, so a fair few steps to go up with your case..

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Florença!

Pro: Atendimento da equipe, excelente localização e muitas amenidades, utensílios e conforto. Apenas o banheiro poderia ser mais moderno, mas nada que desabone o lugar.

Contro: As escadarias para chegar no apartamento, mas ai nao é culpa dos proprietários

Great stay in the heart of Florence!

Pro: The location for this apartment is excellent and only a few minutes walk from some of the major attractions in Florence and the city center. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other amenities. Most importantly, the hosts went above and beyond expectations in their communications with me. This was greatly appreciated when I was having problems with my e-mail program and Barbara quickly resent me the procedures for accessing the apartment. Absolutely fantastic hosts!

Contro: Since it is located in a popular area, it can be pretty noisy at night.
