Pro: L’appartamento era molto confortevole ed elegante. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. La posizione é ottima

Contro: Per un gruppo di 7 persone non é adatto in quanto il divano letto del salotto é estremamente scomodo

Pro: posizione fantastica, in pieno centro per nulla rumoroso. Pulizia della camera ottima. design e arredamento davvero belli e moderni

Contro: non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la tv, non ci sono istruzioni per i canali in italiano. Unica pecca odore di fogna appena entrati

It was a pleasant stay for our group. Met our needs and expectations. Location was awesome!

Pro: It was great. Absolutely loved the location. Everything inside the apartment was great.

Contro: It was on the fifth floor without elevator. That was slightly challenging. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the last day of our stay and we noted that there was some seepage from the room into the kitchen. I hope that will be fixed.

Very convenient location, spacious apartment.

Pro: Everything in decent conduction and staff is responsive.

Contro: Only one thing, is, note this is 3rd floor and no lift.

Fab place to stay for our family of 6

Pro: The apartment was perfect for our family of 6! (4 adults 2 kids) lots of stairs to get to it but completely worth it, if you're able for all the steps! It's decorated beautifully, with 2 fabulous bedrooms and comfortable beds. Even the pull out couch bed was comfy and perfect for our kids, ages 8 & 10. The kitchen and sitting room are very nice with everything you would need. It was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Great AC, too. We didn't meet the hosts, but their directions and information were very easy to follow and very helpful. They are strict with the 10am checkout time, but there was a place nearby where we could store our luggage for a fee, as we were not leaving the city until later that day. We had 2 brilliant nights in Florence, which is an amazing city to explore. The apartments location was so perfect for this. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back here again one day.

Contro: Nothing, it's a fantastic apartment!

Great location, spoilt by lack of sound proofing above second bedroom!

Pro: We loved the location, right next to the Duomo and Academia, and close to centre. The living space was excellent and kitchen was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were well presented and and good sized, with nice bathrooms.

Contro: The one major issue we experienced in the secondary bedroom (one without the single bed) was that you could hear very clearly people above. These people were us walking around after midnight with their shoes on for almost an hour, and we could hear voices in the morning too. This was very disruptive to sleeping, and ruined the whole night. Unfortunate to mention this major issue, but as this was described as a luxury apartment, and the cost was on parr with staying in a hotel, if we had been in a hotel, we would have reason to ask for a room change, something not available for when you stay in an apartment. Other than that, there was a lack of basics like body wash in the bathroom, and no dish washer tablets.

A m a z i n g 10/10

Pro: First of all, the location is stunning. New, modern, all facilities working perfectly, spacious enough to host a group of 7 people without feeling cramped at all. So close to all the marvelous monuments of Florence, no need for bus/car to get around. Second of all, fantastic communication with people in charge of this place, so professional. They have managed to grant me and my group an early check-in and all the other minor issues were solved promptly. Should I ever return to Florence, this accommodation would be my top pick.

Pro: Everything was great ,location and cleanless of the flat

Contro: Too many stairs! But this didnt stop us from having a great staying!
