Stunning Apartment With An Amazing Terrace

Contro: Purtroppo al nostro arrivo la camera era fredda e non andava l acqua calda, ma poi hanno sistemato il tutto, ma purtroppo noi avevamo un appuntamento e non siamo riusciti a farci la doccia prima La pulizia non ottimale, ma nel complesso è bel appartamento

Pro: Great views, and nice size place! The air conditioning unit was so helpful with the hot weather, and the kitchen/sofa area was great to chill in.

Pro: The best location in Florence, 5-10 minute walk to everything. Hosts were very responsive and replied to questions and requests quickly. Spacious, airy and light. Plenty of bed linen and kitchen equipment. And that view on the terrace is amazing.

Contro: The hosts asked for my exact arrival time and messaged me en route to request updates, which is great - but then the rep didn't turn up and I waited on the street 40 minutes for check in.

Pro: Great location right in the centre with plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery shops nearby, apartment was spacious and clean with a great sized terrace, communication with hosts was brilliant and they answered any questions quickly, even popped in when we arrived to check we were happy with the apartment. Some facilities were great to have (iron, hairdryer, dishwasher).

Contro: The power to the apartment went out twice, but we contacted the hosts and they told us immediately how to fix it. The kitchen lacked some facilities (basic cooking utilities, toaster) but it wasn't the end of the world!

Pro: the host was very good at communicating with us. the place was very clean. The view at night of the Cathedral of Santa Maria was breathe taking. perfect stay for 2 people fair price nice location and area very happy with it overall

Pro: The view of the Duomo from the balcony was SENSATIONAL! And the apartment had everything couples could want for a longer stay including small kitchen and washing machine. Central location and excellent overall.
