Pro: siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza dai proprietari, i quali si sono rilevati sempre cordiali. L'appartamento è in pieno centro, dunque comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, inoltre l'abbiamo trovato funzionale, spazioso e pulito. Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata sicuramente la disponibilità dei proprietari, non scontata😄

Pro: É stata una piacevole esperienza. Abbiamo scelto questo appuntamento perché situato in pieno centro ed inoltre accessibilissimo grazie ad un ascensore, che per me ed il mio deambulatore, è fondamentale.. Lo consiglio

Perfectly located !

Pro: Great location right in front of the duomo. The property had plenty of room - its own kitchen and bathroom and was perfect for our two night stay.

Pro: We had a lovely time in Florence and would highly recommend this apartment to those visiting. The apartment is very central to the old town, close to restaurants, bars and shops and around a 2 minute walk to the Dumo. We checked in swiftly and were able to leave our luggage for a few hours beforehand. The apartment is accessible via a lift and has an easy key access/communication with the host. The apartment is simple and contained all amenities required such as tea/ coffee on arrival, strong aircon, WiFi and amazing window shutters that looked out onto the busy street whilst keeping the light out during the evening. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment and had a great stay! Hope to visit again in the future!

Pro: It’s super centred, 1-2 mins walk to the duomo and 8mins to the academia, and there’s a supermarket downstairs so the location is perfect, 100%. Bedsheets and toilets were super clean, nothing was bad that affected our stay.

Contro: I’m being picky here: If you’re planning to stay for a while and that means many trash. Prepare yourself a plastic bag so you could place your trash there, as room service requires extra costs and their bins are pretty small. When we first arrive , as it was summer and there was a heatwave, the room was warm, so we had to turn on the aircon, the aircon takes around 1-2 hour to cool the room so just be aware of that, but once after that, everything was good.

Great location for a few days in the city as we could walk to all the sites that we wanted to see.

Pro: Excellent location for seeing the city, although a bit noisy in the evening. The host was very easy to contact and relied very promptly to any questions.

Contro: Would have been good to have coffee pods to use with the machine as we did not know before arrival what coffee machine was available. Also instructions on how to use would have been helpful.

Fantástico alojamiento en el centro de Florencia

Pro: El alojamiento es estupendo. Esta ubicado en pleno centro. Tiene ascensor y es muy confortable. La cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario para apañar una cena o un desayuno. El personal fue muy amable, nos recibieron para explicarnos todo y darnos buenos consejos para visitar Florencia.

Contro: La calle es un poco ruidosa. Pero es lo que tiene estar en el centro.
