Oasis of calm in a busy city

Pro: This is an oasis of calm in a busy city. The apartment was comfortable and well located.

Pro: It is located in a very quiet street thus still close enough to everything. Thw room is huge and decoration is simple but beautiful. The owner/host is exceptionally helpful and friendly. This is like a service apartment style vacation home, unfortunately it is not cleaned every day which is okay for me as I don’t need towel / sheet change every day, but I think it would be nice if it can be tidy and refresh a little during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here is we are visiting Florence again.

Perfect Stay

Pro: Excellent facilities, room was perfect and in a great location.

Contro: People in the next room were loud. And we were only separated by a small door, so i could hear everything they said and done

Pro: Great location in autentic neighborhood. close to the market, shops and resturants. 15 minutes walk to the duomo and oltrarno. beutiful building, and very nice , new and clean appartment. Caterina was very nice and reachible.

Contro: There was strange smell in the bedroom, but got better when we open the window.

Lovely comfortable apartment very close to centre

Pro: Very comfortable apartment with a nice bathroom ( shower) only about 7 minutes walk to the centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket about 100 metres away.

Contro: Nothing , maybe just the blinds on the large window in the bedroom could be better as the bedroom was a bit bright. But h that wasn’t a big deal.

Pro: Spacious apartment, privacy, clean and well maintained, premium experience, well equipped small kitchen.

Contro: Small steps to the room which made lifting huge luggages difficult.

Loved our clean, bright and central apartment in heart of Florence, in a quiet block of residences.

Pro: Great location in the heart of the old town. We stayed four nights in a ground floor apartment which was spacious for a couple and had all the amenities you need. We had access to a supermarket close by and could walk to all the restaurants and historical areas. Enjoyed the garden courtyard for morning coffee. Isabella was a great host, we even had an earlier check in. Would definitely rebook if returning to Florence.

Pro: This was one of the most comfortable hotels I stayed at on my trip to Italy. The hotel room was very spacious and bright, everything was clean and tidy, and the surroundings were very quiet. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, a few minutes walk to all the attractions I wanted to visit. There are many gourmet restaurants and convenient supermarkets near the hotel. We were especially surprised by the Asian market nearby.I would recommend this hotel to all my friends who want to travel to Florence.
