Pro: Lo studio si trova in una posizione centralissima e non lontano dalla stazione. La stanza è carina, ben arredata e pulita. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata puntualissima.

Contro: La posizione della TV è scomoda (da torcicollo!) come è scomodo il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno (difficile lavarsi la faccia).

Pro: La casa era centralissima, ad un passo da qualsiasi cosa. Completa di tutto con piano cottura, frigo e di ogni comfort. Letto comodo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente a Firenze appena la stanza sarà di nuovo disponibile per essere prenotata.

Pro: Location was excellent. Easy to access...the video was really helpful. Aircon was great

Contro: I didn't like the large windows opened in the corridor as it allowed access to the balcony door.

Pro: Very precise video shared by the host in advance to collect the keys and find the appartment ! She is easily reachable and very sympathetic. Location is perfect, in the center of the city ! Very good value for money

Wonderful studio in ideal location.

Pro: The property was exactly as advertised. And in a perfect location by the Duomo Cathedral of Florence.

Small place with everything you need in great location.

Pro: Very tiny room but has everything you need in an amazing location. Clean and easy to get keys for self-checkin.

Contro: The hosts weren't great at communication. They have an automated message system that sends the exact same message every 2 days the week before you check-in asking you to check-in, even if you've already done so. They also got mixed up a few times trying to communicate between Booking messaging and WhatsApp. Not a big problem but would be nice if they had simple clear and organized communication.

Great location and cosy room.

Pro: Very comfy bed in a cosy clean studio. Checkin instructions were easy to follow and right by the duomo.

Contro: Shower head was somewhat broken (it sprayed everywhere).

Great location to stay in Florence

Pro: The place is really in a great location, just around the corner from Duomo. Stuff was really helpful providing all information needed to reach the place and get the keys.

Contro: Bathroom needs some renovation.
