Appartamento confortevole

Pro: La casa ha una cucina enorme, così come un salotto stupendo e delle camere confortevoli con annessi bagni. C’è anche un piacevole affaccio sull’Arno è un balconcino molto bello. Considerato il soggiorno a ferragosto, qualità prezzo ottima. Molto vicino è presente un supermercato ed una fermata bus

Contro: La cucina non era fornita ne di tovaglioli ne di strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie presenti. La lavastoviglie aveva ancora le stoviglie dei precedenti ospiti. La pulizia è senz’altro migliorabile. Il posto auto è piccolino ma è sicuramente un pro averlo.

Lovely spacious apartment

Pro: Really spacious with fabulous views over the river.

Contro: Bit out of town.

Nice apartment with comfortable bedrooms

Pro: The apartment is very nicely placed, we had a great dinner in a restaurant close to the flat :) I really like the separate bathrooms and some design accessories like Alessi toaster

Contro: Very busy round and traffic next to the apartment but this is Italian style I guess ;)

Very nice apartment, large rooms and comfortable

Pro: Very nice apartment, spacious rooms with plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. One bedroom with ensuite. TV's in all the rooms. Large kitchen with all the appliances needed, and a large table and chairs. Good size terrace to sit out in with a nice view of the River Arno.

Contro: No instructions pack for how to work the appliances. Didn't know how to light the gas hob and had to send pictures for instruction which they did quickly, nothing to light the gas hob had to buy matches. One of the dining table chairs was broken in the living room, sent a picture straight away in-case we were charged for it. You have to empty your own recycle bins which we found working the App to use on the large bins very difficult and contacted YiD of which they did try and help but then was told to leave them for the cleaner which was very helpful as spent a long time on it.

Pro: The apartment is very generous, with all you need to have a nice stay. The only aspect I did not like was the cleanliness. It was performed quite superficially. An urgent issue to address is the cleaning/hygienisation of the air conditioning units.

Fabulous can’t wait to return

Pro: Very spacious apartment with 2 balconies. Great location.

Pro: Best apartment in Florence. Amazing views to the cannal and the lovely tipical italian roof tops view from the kitchen, super spacious and cozy.

Contro: The only reason it does not get a 10 is due to the small parking, it was full of branches so we had to move them in order to park the car correctly, we had a vw golf (not a big car) and it barely made it. The instructions on how to open the parkings gate were missing. Apart from that, all good.

Pro: Kitichen is well equipped and full daily used item are well prepared. There is about 1 each double and signle bed in each bedroom where can accormandete upto 9 people. But dont know if the safa also can be turned into additional bed.

Contro: No breakfast served as it is private owned apartment. The location is not super but trafic is very easy due to muilty bus service is avalable within max 10 mintues walking distance.

Parkplatz schrott rest top

Pro: Lage ist echt ok. Klar zur fuss sind noch immer 25min aber bei gutem Wetter schöner Spaziergang

Contro: Bis auf die zuuuu enge einfahrt zum zu engen Parkplatz war alles ok. Werde gerne wieder was mit YiD machen

Pro: Les espaces proposés pour loger à 5. La proximité pour visiter la ville. Le confort de la literie.

Contro: La place de parking très (trop) petite et surtout l’accessibilité très difficile qui m’a coûté un bas de caisse déchiré sur plus d’un mètre de cause de la pente d’accès. J’ai une tesla model 3 et mon bas de caisse s’est complètement éventré en passant le portail d’accès à votre parking. Cette pièce coûte extrêmement cher, j’aurais vraiment aimé être informé que cela risquerait de toucher avant d’entrer dans votre parking ! Et évidemment, je ne suis pas couvert pour cela par mon assurance.
