CHARMING APARTMENT MICHELANGELO

Pro: Fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean apartment in a nice location with shops, restaurants and bus stops all close. 15-20 min walk to the centre. Nice welcome pack giving history of place and nearby places to eat. Would happily return

Pro: Great location, very handy for Florence city centre and a bus stop.

Contro: No change of sheets or towels during our 10 day stay. Nowhere to dispose of rubbish - you need some sort of card to use the communal rubbish bins. Nowhere to dry stuff (eg wet towels, washing, damp clothes).

Very nice stay, loved the neighborhood!

Pro: Nice location, in a typical neighborhood, not it in the crowded touristic area but only a 5 minutes walk away from the piazza Michelangelo and 20 minutes walk away from the Santa Croce church. The house is well furnished and convenient. The equipment is recent.

Contro: It can be a bit noisy when you open the windows as it is just on the street.

Pro: Charming indeed. Compact, but thoughtfully organised. Equipped with most everything you might need. Fresh, clean, and tastefully furnished. The automated check-in was pleasant and stress-free. There's a bus stop and a convenience store nearby. The old town is well within walking distance. You can get to Ponte Vecchio in 20-30 minutes.

Contro: The street can get a little busy, though it must be noted that the apartment is very decently soundproofed.

Pro: It was the most beautiful apartment, complete with all the necessities. We had the most comfortable stay. Thanks for hosting us.

Contro: A bit far from the city center and the Florence bus routes were very unpredictable.

Séjour parfait

Pro: Très bon séjour, l'appartement est bien conçu, sur deux étages, il est calme, propre, avec une bonne literie et climatisation. Parfait pour un séjour à Florence, loin de la foule, tout en étant près du centre.

Дуже гарне місце для зупинки

Pro: Зручне розташування - поруч супермаркет і зупинка автобуса. При бажанні можна з центру дійти пішки. Помешкання компактне та комфортне. Є все що потрібно для приготування, праска, фен, кондиціонер. На двох осіб те що треба.

Contro: Через те, що при дорозі завжди зачинені вікна, щоб люди не заглядали. Але зважаючи на те, що ми не багато часу проводили в помешканні, це не було значним недоліком.

It is a nice apartament

Pro: The property is closed to city centre (around 15 minutes walking). The apartament is clean and has all the necessary facilities.

Vive Florencia

Pro: Las instalaciones limpias y el aire acondicionado en ambos pisos. Además el check in con código fue fácil y rápido, sin tener que coordinar con alguien. La seguridad de la casa. La ubicación si bien no es el centro histórico está en una zona residencial fiorentina, muy cerca de las paradas de buses y del río, supermercado, cafeterías y restaurantes.

Contro: Falta espacio de almacenaje (ropa y alimentos) por si te quedas más de un par de días.
