Pro: Tutto come se fosse casa, a partire dal garbatissimo Federico che ci ha accolti in tarda serata e ci ha mostrato la casa e dato suggerimenti sui posti da visitare durante la nostra permanenza. La casa è come in foto, molto comoda e arredata con gusto, Una stanza ha un comodissimo letto matrimoniale con piccolo bagno in camera, mentre l'altra ha un letto ad 1 piazza e mezza, comodo anche per due persone, in più c'è un divano che diventa letto all'occasione. La cucina presenta tutti i comfort, c'è anche una piccola lavanderia.

Contro: Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto

Pro: The house was beautiful even better than the photos! It was spacious and very clean! It had all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. The location was also great and everything was pretty close. It is worth mentioning that the hosts were really friendly and helpful as well!

We had a wonderful month at Domus Lucrezia, and are planning to return for a shorter period soon.

Pro: This is a self-catering apartment, so we provided our own breakfast. The location is excellent, in Piazza Santo Spirito, in my opinion the part of Firenze that is most livable for a visitor

Contro: Nothing - the apartment was fantastic, as was the location, and Federico was very helpful when we needed advice.

Pro: Absolutely new apartment, very well decorated and complete with all amenities you would need. 1. Comfortable for a family of 4 to 5 2. Very spacious and newly done. All amenities were very new and apartment thoughtfully decorated for a pleasant experience 3. Host sent clear instructions to check in and sent a colleague to help with checkin and goodies to welcome us which was very kind. 4. Host shared information on things to do, restaurants etc around the apartment which came in very handy 5. Well located apartment with walking distance to main shopping area, site seeing and a bus stop 200m away which came in handy for station trips. Overall a 10/10 from us.

Clean very nice apartment, lovely staff, great facilities

A delightful home from home

Pro: Fredrico was there to greet us and help us with our luggage . The apartment is on the second floor which was not a problem for us but it was so nice that he was there to help. Fredrico told us about nice places to eat , go for a coffee and also of places of interest . There was tea , coffee , water , soft drinks and wine left for us which was lovely . The apartment is so much more spacious than it looks in the photos and so very tastefully decorated and also its spotless . He has put so much thought into the apartment it feels like home from home. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of great places to eat and drink. We were 3 friends ( females) over for a week and felt very safe walking about day and night . I would not hesitate to recommend Fredricos apartment it was a pleasure staying here .He puts so much thought into making your stay one to remember with a smile . And thank you so much for arranging our taxi to the airport it was very much appreciated .
