Contro: Ottima posizione ed appartamento confortevole. Non c’è ascensore

Pro: Ben attrezzato e ben pulito, host sempre disponibile.

Pro: Very-very comfy apartment for a family of four, everyone had enough space! There is an interesting area with a nice square nearby and an impressive church. Lots of pizza places and restaurants, close to everything. The apartment is well equipped, it was a good stay. There is nightlife surrounding the building, bit I personally enjoyed listening to the lively murmur of the street. Not too loud.

Great apartment in Florence

Pro: Great location in Santo Spirito, close walking distance to the center but quiet and more relaxed. Very nice flat, with good space and very clean. Our host Patricia was very responsive and helpful.

Spacious, clean and well located apartment with a friendly, helpful host.

Pro: Liked the location, spacious rooms, cleanliness of the apartment.

Contro: Could be better if there were 2 sofas or 2 armchairs as one sofa for 4 does not work!

Excellent location in an elegant and spacious apartment.

Pro: The apartment was bigger than expected - two large double bedrooms and a fantastic living/dining room. The location was perfect - very easy to walk to all parts of the city centre and for public transport (buses) to other parts. Also very handy for bars, restaurants and exceptional monuments.

Contro: The apartment is highly recommendable, but a few more instructions would help - about the A/C, smart TV etc. Also, it's important to remember that the apartment is on 3rd floor and no lift - that is NOT an complaint, but important to know.

A wonderful taste of Florence

Pro: The property is in a beautiful older building, accessible via a few charming flights of stone steps that make you feel like you’re part of history. The apartment itself is well renovated and furnished. The area is fantastic, with an abundance of world class and friendly restaurants and wine bars in the neighbouring streets. Finally, the place is walking distance from the city’s best known attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and Piazzale Michelangelo. The few days we spent here were just perfect. We’re also grateful to the host and her family for their communication and support throughout our stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

Some inconveniences aside, an overall great stay for a few days.

Pro: Excellent host, beautiful apartment, great location in the city. Had aircon. I would certainly consider staying here on a future visit If I am not travelling with someone who struggles with stairs.

Contro: Lots of stairs to reach the apartment, which is fine unless you have elderly with you or bad knees. The shower can run dry if other apartments are using water. Sometimes necessary to wait an hour before trying again. There is a bar below that has noisy crowds on an evening until about 2am, except Sundays when it is closed. As a heavy sleeper this was no issue for me. but may be for light sleepers.

Beautiful apartment

Pro: The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, very clean and organized. It has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, very convenient for a family. The location is super, closed to all the main attractions. The piazza Santo Spirito is a lively place where you can easily find coffee and places to eat. The building is old with great beauty and the only ‘thing’, that wasn’t a big issue for us, was the three floor stairs we had to go up, especially with the luggage, since there is no elevator. But i guess this is Florence. Patricia, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality! We would love to stay there again.

Pro: Great location, quiet neighbourhood close to major attractios. Spacious rooms, well furnished with plenty of light. Everything you may need is already provided included coffe tablets. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

Contro: The bathroom is quite small, the plumbing system makes a strange noise, bur everything works properly . There are also many mosquitos bur they don't byte!!! (Mosquito tablets are provided if needed). No elevator, but this is expected in an old building.
