Pro: Lovely authentic traditional apartment. Main bedroom very spacious. Good location near traditional eateries. Moderate walking distance across pretty Armo River to Duomo and Accademia.Close to Uffizi and next to Basilica containing a small carving by teenage Michaelangelo. Great Host !

Pro: This room was absolutely perfect, you can find every thing you need plus it looks gorgeous. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Also communication with the owner was great, she responded quickly and was very helpful.

Amazing heaven in Firenze

Pro: Beautiful apartament in the 14th century building. Spacious, clean and comfortable in every imaginable aspect. I really appreciate the fact that the apartament offers a wide range of amenities - some of them are extra items which are not so obvious in similar accomodation (umbrellas, iron, microwave). Easy and fast contact with the owner. The best booking experiance in my life.

Настоящая Итальянская квартира!

Pro: Настоящая итальянская большая чистая квартира. Все как на фото в описании. Лучшее расположение, что могло быть, очень советую рассматривать квартиры в данном районе, так как он в меру спокойный, очень уютный, кругом куча ресторанов и не так далеко от центра. Хозяйка квартиры очень приветлива, дала подробную инструкцию при заселении, внутри квартиры тоже было много инструкций и рекомендаций, что очень здорово! Мы остались в восторге от квартиры и города, спасибо за такое гостеприимство :)

Contro: Нам все понравилось! Тут напишу просто рекомендации для следующих гостей: возьмите с собой тапочки, так как полы достаточно холодные (каменная плитка). При входе очень крутая лестница, но короткая. Для нас это не было проблемой.

Pro: Appartement spacieux, confortable, très propre, très bien équipé. La propriétaire Cristina est très disponible. Situé dans le quartier animé de San Frediano riche en cafés, restaurants, commerces, particulièrement sur la piazza Santo Spirito (Je recommande le spritz du bar Cabiria)

The best spot in Florence to be able to walk to the piazza and other areas close by.

Pro: The apartment was in the perfect location and it allowed us to be close to all of the activities in Florence that we wanted to do. The apartment was very lovely and had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked perfect and the home was very clean. I would stay here again!

Hermoso departamento!

Pro: El departamento es súper amplio, tiene todo lo que se necesita, está cerca de todo. Pude manejarme caminando y bus. Cerca está la plaza Santo Spirito y tiene una feria para comprar verduras y frutas, hay muchos lugares de comida cerca. Pude descansar súper bien, ya que no se escuchaba ruidos de afuera.

Contro: No es que no me gusto, en mi preferencia me gusta tener un televisor en la habitación.
